I might get hate for this, but this is the best Frankenstein movie I've seen.
Honestly don't think I want to watch the film knowing they used real footage from Beirut...
They could have gone so many ways and all of them would have been better than what we got. They should have gone full on horror or something...
The end made it worth it
Very interesting movie, but I feel stupid watching it. Didn't really get it.
Would have given it 8/10 if it wasn't for Beirut. Solid story.
Until the twist in the end it was a 5/10. The last scene made it a masterpiece.
I saw the whole thing. And this is 27 minutes I will never get back.
I loved dafoe farting. 10/10
Brilliant movie honestly. Really weird and really funny. Michael Cera is amazing.
What a weird and wonderful movie. Loved Woodley, Whitehall and Rust. 3 of my favorite actors in the smart movie.
What a cluster fuck of a movie that should never have been made given that the lead is a psychopath. Didn't pay a single cent to watch this movie, and I still almost didn't watch it.
Now to the actual movie.
The CGI was lacking.
Worst Barry Allen ever. Just retcon him and bring in Grant's flash.
Bringing back Michael Keatons batman is brilliant.
I hope the rewamp the whole plan.
I don't understand why this movie wasn't better received at release. It's so much fun and very entertaining.
It was super predictable, but it didn't make it any less good.
Still hoping for a sequel.
I think the plot made perfect sense and I only wished it kept going for a few more minutes to show more of the aftermath.
I do agree with some people that there seem to be a part of the plot that was lost during production, but I thought it was entertaining and a unique twist.
What the damn did I just watch? It started alright and just went worse and worse.
I think there is a point to be made for the ending not being what it seems.
Exactly as I thought it would be. All of the actors did their job perfectly (except maybe Peach). Let's hope they can do something more interesting in the future.
I just hope I am alive long enough to see us being on Mars.
Saw the 40th anniversary version today. It was sooooo good. I'm glad it wasn't a remastered version of the 20th, given how crap some of the effects are in that one.
I don't even know what this movie tried to be. It wasn't interesting. It wasn't surprising. Weird turns.
I loved it all the way through. But I do find the story kinda weird. Especially the choice to kill two characters and then bring them back . Loved seeing Hemsworths daughter in the role of Love!
Such an amazing movie. For sure!
I think it was fine... Wasn't great but it was entertaining. Sadly it didn't really bring the stort forward. Will there be a second? Most definitely..
I was worried at the end there, but it was all cleared up. Except for why the fuck he charged for the snacks...
It just didn't make much sense. I'm not sure why they didn't give Dani more flack for not being in control.
I do hope that we get more. There are a lot of interesting stories that can be told with this.
Surprisingly good movie considering its an amazon original.
I feel like stuff at the end didn't get enough explanation or exploration into what happened.
For example, what happened with the stuff that would have happened? Did Dan still die in a car accident? How did the world cope with knowing that milions of people died and then the whole future just got unwritten?
