Why the f*** is this getting 49% from 9 votes only when it's not even out yet. C'mon bitches, be real, the trailer is awesome.
Some people just have zero sense of humor (srsly wtf is wrong with you people). They're just making fun of the show and reversing things. Mulder being cynical, there doesn't always have to be a logical explanation, and Mulder still gets to see a weirdness. Great stuff
What a unique and uplifting show. The production quality of the music was unlike anything I've seen in any anime. The story was great, and it made me very happy to watch this. We follow two girls who decide to make music together after a chance meeting on a bridge and their rise to unite all of mankind.
The thing about this show is that it's my favorite. Sure, I have other amazing anime's on my list, like Stein's;gate. But this is a show that's brilliant in so many ways. How can you really compare two master pieces that are so different ? I can't say Hajime no Ippo is miles better, but I can say I wasn't on the edge of my seat in suspense in any other show. They grow characters nicely and their quirks transfer well, and the writers build on them. If you're not careful, you'll miss some jokes because of the deep character build-ups. It's a bit goofy at times, and it lightens the mood, and then it gets very intense. It's a nice emotional rollercoaster done very well.
I think you should watch this show
Ackles is just such a brilliant actor :rofl::rofl:
If my nose was bleeding, I would wipe it. Just say'n
But mostly what I took away from this show is ... blort!
What an absolute Delight to show was. It had everything you want, and so peaceful at the same time
nice twist here !!! didn't see that coming ;)
This anime really touched me. The story, the music, the art, it has it all.
I'm not going to beat around the bush. This episode was badass. More common philosophy and a good joke on the characters
Highest rating if for nothing else than the wooden cube skitch. It was so freaking cool.
A gripping tale from beginning to end. I was wondering where they were going with it all, but everything fell into place at the end. And I was pretty glued to watching the movie.
I wasn't pumped about another isekai but I got really invested in the character early on. It's been awhile since I enjoyed binging a show. This was a delight for me. The animation and the fighting scenes were great. Juju Kaisen has been getting all the attention but I thought the fighting scenes in JJK were nothing short of messy a lot of the time. This show has clean fight scenes. I also liked the twist on isekai too. It's not an isekai in the traditional sense.
I'm really looking forward to season 2
This episode is super key to the story. It explains so much about Ichigo and his half hollow side and how he's different
I thought for sure there would be more than one season. It's a pretty badass show. They could have gone a bit further I think because after the first few episodes, it slowed down.
speaking with the insane in-prisoned guy who's been through it before is so super cliché and overdone at this point. YAWN. A bit sad the show had to do that as it's so well written otherwise. playing the woke victimized woman's card is also annoying. could the writers really not have had more imagination? however, the episode does redeem itself towards the end. damn was it a nail biter.
The story is intriguing and it's well laid out. However, the main character Thorifinn is slowly reduced to an annoying side character with little value, and other characters are of more interest. The ending was really weak, and my rating is between 6 and 7.
I originally had this rated as a 10, but with the later of season 2 and now into season 3, I've down it to a 7. mostly it's because there's no action, just sitting around and planning. I'm wondering if I should stop watching because it's so slow
Basically this is Mac from it's always sunny in Philadelphia playing a CEO character. It's an entertaining show, but I think Rob could have challenged himself as an actor and played someone else this time around.
The acting by the VIP's was beyond pathetic. Did they just pick random dudes off the street living in Korea who spoke English? I don't get it, all the other actors were great.
The city needs to be protected with big walls from cranks but the rebels have jack shit and are fine? There were so many things wrong in the movie that it's not even funny. If you're able to look past that it's entertaining although super cliche.
The first thing wrong was the train chasing scene. It's infesting how the train could stop exactly where newt etc were. It's in fact unbelievable; which is not good.
OK, well I foolishly thought this was an independent movie with no show attached to it. SO I was lost through the whole thing. The result of not being familiar with any of the character meant I was completely detached and could really have cared less about them. So basically, don't watch this movie without watching the show.
If you like the commonplace woke shit of today with a bit of tacky acting and an otherwise entertaining show, this is for you. For me, I find the woke shit and the tacky acting way too much in my face to actually enjoy the plot. The fact that they even call the bad guy a "darkling" should give the reader some idea. Gay couples are flaunted, of course - I did mention woke shit. And by tacky acting, I mean the tendencies of several characters to overact. Kind of sad but this is more or less standard these days. There are great parts in the show, that's why it's so sad. The special effects and the wardrobe are great too.
While the show was unique and original I had trouble associating with any of the characters. Only the main character was really followed, and the other characters had no backstory and didn't have any growth during the season. Similarly, the main character has an interesting backstory of how she came to be in the situation, but this was hardly developed during the show, and more time was spent on the progress of the war than progressing any main story. The story of how Tanya got into this situation is the real curiosity. Also, I didn't find Tanya to be particularly evil, just skilled.
Not bad but the ending sucked and brought it way down
Characters that didn't have any logic. Annoying rebellious acts for no apparent reasons. "Wise" elder characters who bicker and are useless. Story line was inexcusably weak, character development was pathetic, and it was altogether a bad show. Original Airbender was good, this was not. Teen drama crap.
I found this movie to be well intended but filled with a bunch of conflicting views. Yes, homeschooling is awesome, however, it was also portrayed as letting the children end up with poor socialization skills, and they were left thinking that they don't know anything if it wasn't taught in a textbook. The characters were against fascist totalitarianism yet the oldest son (Bo) was a Maoist. How is Mao not the epitome of "the man" they so often talked about sticking it to throughout the movie?
That the grandfather didn't do anything about the children going missing? But they all made it fine to fly out of an airport?
There are way too many inconsistencies in the movie as far as political philosophy and ideologies. But I suppose if you are able to look past that (why they hell would you since it's core to the movie?) then I guess you will enjoy this.
Positive was acting, the idea of the plot, and execution otherwise, but I'd be lying if it didn't irk me to no end that these fundamentals were butchered.
another tv show gone to shit because it has to be maladapted because of current shitty woke times. Thanks for nothing.
First season was very strong but it went downhill fast. Now it's only a bunch of interpersonal drama left
