That was really bad... Season 1 bad
I don’t know what Nathan is planning here.
Overall, the concept didn’t click with me. Seems like a Nathan for You for people —situations in their lives, rather than business (like the last episode of that series)— while deepens the lore around Nathan itself, it’s image as a super self aware person, with profound anxiety by what others thinks about him.
Anyway, it’s great to see a Nathan show again. I hope this series turns out to be a success.
this might be my least favorite episode of all time. None of the jokes worked, super boring episode.
entire story is told by exposition - acting is terrible too
simple premise, single location...one of the better/best episodes of this entire series, imo
Dan is WAY overreacting to seeing his dad in the footage.
And who tries to steal mail? WTF? Not only is it a felony, but the likelihood of you getting anything other than junk mail is very low. What possible reason would there be to steal a random piece of mail? So stupid! And then why would you film yourself trying on clothes? Nobody else cares and it isn't part of your research. Then she films walking into the theater. Holy cow is that weird. Melody is a moron and a creep.
So other than the fact I still like the storytelling and style, this episode had pretty much no plot. Yes, it was weird, but really not that interesting. There were a few key nuggets of information, but hardly enough to full 5 minutes, let alone an entire episode. I really want to like this series, but Netflix is making it really hard.
Worst season of American horror story … what was that shi….. seriously comon what a waste of time !
And we’re back to the stupidity of the kids & now the adults. Wow!!!
Kinda an emotional episode, or it would be emotional if it wasn’t the second episode, this feels like it should have been a mid season thing
Wtf was that?? :| Pretty half assed....could've had something promising with a Stephen King type premise. I'm left with more questions than answers...I guess bring on the alien side of the season.
A pure mess. Come on Ryan take a pill, maybe that will help fixing the constant ridiculous endings.
A little rushed and not very satisfying end to a really good season.
Wow what a hot mess of an episode
I was pretty bewildered watching the last 2 episodes of this. Felt like someone slammed on the accelerator and skipped through a whole season of content in 2 episodes. Very jarring after seemingly taking its time until then.
I haven't read the manga but I daresay it skipped/glossed over a hell of a lot in those last 2 episodes. Hard to call the ending satisfying after that...
Easily one of the worst anime seasons of all time. Which is a shocking and sad opposite of the first season, which is possibly one of the greatest anime seasons of all time. Further research implies the studio just want to to churn the rest of the story out in 11 episodes and get rid of the series, and thats exactly what they succeeded in.
Hopefully someday there will be an adaption that tells the real story and gives it the respect that they gave to season 1. But, I won't be holding my breath.
I have just one question: Why ?!?
The Episode is enjoyable but doesn't belong in this Show!
This and last episode are gorier than I thought. I like it
The animation, acting... even the music wasn't good for me. I don't like this chapter at all.
It looks like... a weird resident evil? The Korean version from that history (for the monsters I mean).
I will keep watching it just for Song Kang.
This was just such an unnecessary episode. Leaving it at ep 19 would have been acceptable, instead they conjured up a quasi happily ever after that they pulled out of their ass. Leaving more questions then a wrap up should.
No reference to the reappearance of the people they “cared” about, not even a phone call? What killed dean? They couldn’t go to the hospital? Jack brought everyone back but not Cass? Wait cass is back just dgaf about them anymore? Is Sam with Eileen or some rando? No check in to see how old god is going. Not catch up with jack, is he alone now he’s god or what? No reunion of the whole family
Plus we’ve seen the long teary speech between brothers and drive in a car a thousand times before so don’t tell me they just ran out of time to show it all.
Like a lifetime movie all emotion no substance nor sensical to the story line.
This has to be one of the worst series finale I have ever seen. It was really poorly written and poorly paced. There was no point in making this episode, the last one was fine as a series finale.
This being said, I'm gonna miss Sam and Dean.
SRYSLY?! WTF?! What a cringe episode...
One of the worst finales to a series. All character arcs, build ups and growth abandoned so the brothers can regress to their season 1 self. Sam never mentions Eileen and Dean never talks about the circumstances of Cas's death. Other characters? Who are they? Only Sam and Dean make up this show. Family DOES end in blood.
Wow, this episode was incredibly dark.
Tonally inconsistent. The climax, which was drawn out as a cliffhanger over three episodes only had about five to ten minutes of content in it and after that we had forty minutes of denouement.
I think at some point it’s best to ask: what, precisely, are we gaining from episodes like this? The origin story for a ghost, yes. But ultimately, is this a satisfying way to fold the lady of the lake into the central plot of this season? Nah dude. The idea that the lady of the lake is that disconnected, that indifferent to the struggles of Dani and Co brings out something that may have been ultimately a more interesting approach for this series post-Hill House: bring a more episodic based anthology akin to The Twilight Zone. Even if sometimes those stories would be two to three episodes long, I feel like the impact of the project would be much more profound.
What a drag this episode was. Boring and not scary. Can’t connect to these two characters somehow. What was their plan with the kids anyway? They already tried getting away from the estate in Rebeccas body and that didn’t go well soooo... ?
This show is such a fn drag, man. There should have been 6 episodes this season, tops. It's like a moebius strip.
Why am I watching this? I do not like it. I do not understand the hype. This episode feels like a rehash of Hill House and I didn’t even like it back then.
"My anaconda don't want none, hun"
Wow, guess it only took two episodes for this show to become one giant hot mess of bland witchcraft and magic spells.
Should be grateful, more time to watch other shows.
