Glad Meredith seems to be doing better, absolutely gutted for Miranda. Well done to the team for adding the names at the end, it was incredibly moving.
Meredith going on a vent was like a punch to the gut for me. I really hope the trafficking plot doesn't carry on more than next episode, we don't really need a reminder that other crap happens during the pandemic, I'm sure we're all aware!
Much more intense! I didn't expect to be siding with Beatrix at this point, she looked truely distraught I hope Bloom breaks her out. Poor Stella, seemed a little out of nowhere though, and I expected her mother to be A LOT more abusive than that.
I'm not sure what to make of this. I think they may as well have just renamed all the characters rather than try to make whatever this is. That being said, I'm enjoying the darker aspects of this show, it's just a little hard trying to erase the cartoon from my mind as I was such a big fan of it when I was small! The casting is bizarre, and what on earth happened to Flora and Tecna! Definitely modernised, I hope it gets better.
I was very much ready to accept the fact this season wasn't following the books, until the end of the episode. The biggest WTF reveal/moment for me in the books and it's been ruined for anyone who hasnt read them. Such a shame honestly.
This -along with Jamie and you know who- are the only episodes that I can’t bring myself to watch fully. Absolutely brutal, currently rewatching the show and have found I have to skip through the whole thing.
I wasn't aware how quickly I could have tears streaming down my face. Instant waterworks when I realised I was looking at George! Meredith calling his name in her sleep made my heart sink. Along with the bit of laughs around Meredith/George, as well as JJ (I am officially shipping them now) and the serious lines around amelia and maggie and co, that was such a great episode. Although I really hope we get more progress on Meredith in the next one, I'd love to be able to know what happens to her before mid-season!
A little confused as to how we went from 1 burned one to 3 but, I'll just ignore it I suppose. Loving the progress, can't wait for her to meet Rosalind. I love a good Coming Into Your Power episode!
A little better, a bit of action is good for any show though. I feel as though Blooms character is developing too fast but I am starting to enjoy this plot finally. The ending is a great way to pull in people to watch the next ep as it's really not canon! (Not that the rest of the show has really been completely canon to start)
