It's so much fun. It knows what type of movie it is and delivers. The story kept me on my toes. The ensemble cast is terrific. Chris Evans having a blast playing an asshole, Ana de Armas is great, and Daniel Craig playing a detective with a funny accent is a treat. I want to see this again knowing the plot so I can look for all the subtle foreshadowing.
After a rewatch I am even more impressed with how good the script is and how much is set up and paid off. This one is of the better movies of the year.
Great character and house design, but the plot is more of the same old same old, let’s all get along and nobody messes with my family. Wednesday’s storyline is pretty boring too. But overall not bad to spend time. I can never get enough of the Addams family.
"Die Hard" is a terrific example of what happens when all the pieces of a film fall together perfectly. There simply are no weak spots or dull moments in the film. Is "Die Hard" one of the best overall movies ever made? Probably not. But it's undeniably one of the best action movies ever made.
The ending to my favorite trilogy. I love everything about these movies: the acting, setting, costumes, music, the drama, the epicness, everything. It's the Star Wars of this generation, setting new standards and creating new fans. I guess some people think it's hip not to like them, but every movie-fan who hasn't seen it out of principle should at least give it a try and start watching Fellowship of the Ring. Maybe you really won't like it of course, but chances are you'll end up watching all the way through Return of the King and wonder why didn't do it sooner.
Definitely Marvel's best film so far. I enjoyed every single minute of it.
Hopefully it's better than the first.
Its a really good movie. Its better then the first one. #ShiftvW8
Its a good movie. You should watch it. #ShiftvW8
Improvement of the first movie which I enjoyed quite a bit. I think they nail the turtle personalities and use them effectively. It shines when they are on screen and interacting with each other.
The real life acting falls a bit short minus Will Arnett of course. Stephen Amell does a good job with what is given but feel like there could have been more for Casey Jones.
The movie is geared more towards children but adults can find a lot here to enjoy. With a nice mixture of action and comedy it makes for a nice watch.
You know what, pretty decent! Its not exactly aimed towards adults so with that in mind, pretty decent!
Garbage. Bad interpretations, so much blah-blah-blah. I wasn't expecting that this was equal to the anime, but this was so terrible, I wish I could forget it.
1) Ryuuk was the best actor.
2) How can be L so freaking emotional if he is a super trained detective since 6 years old?
3) The character of Light's father is only good until middle of the movie.
4) Mia. Terrible. Makes me desire to vomit. Urgh.
TRASHY!!! NETFLIX SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS SHIT
In this adaptation, Light screams like a girl. That's all I can say.
I was surprised they have decided to change the all idea of the mummy. I was expecting something similar to the old movies. Didn't like the female version at all. It became more like a zombie movie. I respect Cruise, but wanted to see more from Crowe. Just a 6/10 from me.
it had huge potential but there was not enough to it.
YOU WERE THE CHOSEN ONE! You were supposed to destroy the bad video movies, not join them! Bring balance to cinema, not leave it in darkness!
They got the look and costumes right. The cast is also perfect. So where did they go wrong ? Despite some fine looking action none of it is involving. Plus the video games pulls you into the 13th Century more than this movie does.
When Callum (Michael Fassbender) gets transported into the life of his ancestor, we mostly get all action and no character development. There's the making of a good video game based movie for once.
Except there's just not enough to the story to make you care about what's going on or the characters.
