Ok am I they only one that wants to see a real Rodgers the Musical ?! Lol
The highlight of this episode was the scenes between Kate and Yelena for me. The elevator scene made me laugh and I love that there's basically no stakes during their fight because you know Yelena is not going to kill Kate and Kate isn't as skilled as Yelena to beat her (at least in a fist fight).
I honestly want them to become friends, they truly have great chemistry. It would be a shame if we'd get no interactions between them in a future project.
All I wanted for Christmas was for Hawkeye to make it home.
Amazing episode! Florence Pugh stole the show once again. Yelena‘s scene with Kate was just so well written and acted. Also very interesting that they are bringing in characters from the Netflix shows now.
Far from home spoilers…
We just got given daredevil and king pin the same day. I am so happy. At least this time I wasn’t in the cinema so I could freely shout at the top of my lungs when I saw him.
Florence Pugh is great of course and funny. The reveal in the end is awesome too. I guess next week is the end already. I could go for 12 episodes.
I like the way how the show is slowly exploring the side of Hawkeye, the movies failed to do. Loving it.
Florence Pugh lifting the show to a higher level. Loved it.
Cool visualization of The Blip (god, still not getting over that name ) from the goner's perspective!
Was this the first on-screen POV from someone who went through the blip?
The way Natasha's characters is so present and important in Hawkeye just feels right considering her relationship with Clint and as a Nat stan I'm so happy with the respect she gets in this.
All the scenes with Yelena were really good, I love her and she doesn't feel shoehorned into this at all, she fits well into the series.
The fight between Maya and Clint was very solid.
Eleanor being the bad guy was painfully obvious but they didn't handle it too bad and I'm looking forward to Kate confronting her.
And yes Kingpin!!
I know everyone's talking about Yelena, but it was pretty heartbreaking when the music from the Vormir scene was playing while Clint was talking to Kate about Natasha.
Are you having fun yet? I sure am. This was fantastic. Oh, and by the way everyone, this is how you create inclusion with diverse characters and stories. I could write paragraphs more on what they did with Echo and Clint's loss of his hearing aide.
Best episode yet... the chemistry between the Hawkeyes were great, and that phone call with the youngest of Bartons was heartbreaking
Very entertaining and fun episode. Many cool scenes in this one. Things really kicked off after Clint & Maya started fighting. Then it continued on from that to the car chase to the bridge stop.
I've never saw a episode so humanized. You can feel the pain from the villain and the heroes. And the long take (car scene) was the best of MCU until now - I didn't remember any long take, just saying.
Love how the car chase scene was filmed. Kate is so fun and her banter with Clint is great as ever. The moment with her writing down to let him know what little Nate was saying was incredibly sweet. Maya is a cool character so far too, I'm really enjoying this show more than I thought so far.
that part when Kate is texting someone is sooooooooo obvious and soooo fake it literally pissed me off because this is so obvious and its marvel, u cant do that.
Okay, this is better. Kate's fangirling is hilarious, and there were a lot of pretty good one-liners.
And I'll kick myself later if I'm wrong, but they're making Swordsman/the fiancé so sketchy, so naturally, I'm convinced he's not a bad guy and maybe also fancies himself a vigilante.
Was it just me and Echo's intro was really anticlimactic. They should have shown her in action, if we had to wait until Episode 3, that would've been fine by me. Or you know, I have no idea what I'm talking about. I just think she would have been so good in Netflix's Daredevil.
"Awe.... and I faught Thanos"
The scream I gave with Katniss cosplay. Hahahahhahahah LOL. The whole LARP thing was also very funny, especially the guy imitating the sound of swords battling. This episode brought out the good humor that was lacking in the first one.
Where the hell did her parents vanish to during the attack? She was yelling all throughout the house, and her mom just reappears right at the end. Lol.
(I know it doesn't matter, but I thought it was funny.)
That musical was actually kind of great; I wouldn't mind seeing more of it.
Great premiere episode. Hailee Steinfeld is amazing in the role of Kate Bishop. Also I love the setting of Christmas in New York.
i liked it so far was pretty awesome. i like kate even if shes kind of a mary sue. the fight scenes seem to drag on a little long but other than that its good.. i like the dog :dog2:
I really liked it. Hoping the entire season is gonna be from here to top.
I'd really love to see "Steve - the Musical" (or whatever it's called).
Avengers the Musical, don’t give Broadway any ideas lol. Probably too late.
