steal the limitless concept and make it garbage...
Let's just say that this definitely belongs to the b-movie category and leave it at that
This is how it's done. Simply put better than any Mad Max movie that came before it.
In my opinion the most overrated anime movie of all times with a slow uninteresting plot, bland non-relatable characters, generic and ugly design even for the time scope and no actual real depth and meta to save it, despite labeled as having 'super complex plot' from the self proclaimed 'real fans that get it' and try to find and amplify meaning on anything to defend it (same goes for other movies but this stands as a perfect exhibit). The appeal was reasonable for the time of release as one of the first to push the envelope of its era especially on the gruesome shock value but now simply comparing it to all other so called classics from that same period and on it pales and is severely lacking. Suggested for fans that worship what we have now classified as 'masterpieces and must see' but for me definitely at the bottom of the tank even of the more popular anime movies.
I had zero expectations from this as a whole but was pleasantly surprised going forward. But Ben c'mon please let go, it's over, stop trying to act
So well directed movie, top notch cast and performances, plot flow is amazing, music is great, really enjoyed this one and highly recommend
What a wasted opportunity to do Venom some justice. Tom Hardy does an ok job portraying the hero but the rest of the cast is so bad that unremarkable would be an gross understatement (that Michelle performance especially was oh so painful and not to take credit away from the rest trashy performances), world is separated form the actual origin and spiderman universe, plot was super dull and the usual blockbuster generic 'another superhero origin movie', etc...etc...
To sum it up, the whole time I was watching, I was getting the feeling that no one, on and off camera, who took part in this movie, was even remotely connected or interested in anything that had to do with Venom. Fans will watch it anyways, but make sure to keep your expectations in check.
Ignore this and watch the original
Time waster and bad at it. Mediocre fart quality humour with small breaks of drama on an uninteresting plot and characters. No wonder it got canned.
I honestly find this painfully mediocre and shallow. Time waster and an indifferent one. Some good performances sure but deep as a napkin.
The concept, the characters, the plot, the music, my childhood, the blessing...
Very enjoyable and imo one of the very few actually funny British humor series
To me the series was interesting to say the least. Short and intriguing.
The main concept differenciates this to yet another police based series. It got cancelled yet it is worth the shot.
I actually really enjoyed this show. Main reason being Ian as an amazingly interpreted character. In general it is a fun series to watch. Nothing more nothing less.
The best anime I have ever watched. Nothing has ever come as close as this one, walking on the borderline of historical/realistic prespective accuracy - Exaggeration - Character richness and evolution - Blunt graphic scenes and a true tragic story faithfully reminiscent of ancient greek tragedies. Not for everyone and not at all jap-anime-child-friendly-easily digested series. The overwhelming atmosphere and the amazing music and voice actings do the series the justice it deserves. It's just but a portion of the finished manga that I highly recommend you read after viewing this. Shows what kind of art a serious strong storytelling anime can be translated to.
What Family Guy would be if it was funny.
Nothing special. Really wish I hadn't bothered. Can't really recommend it over most of the anime I have watched so far.
Easy recommendation for zombie-survival fans or fans of the original comic books.
Your sense of humour will never be the same again. The most straightforward and witty animation to ever have happened.
Still great. No recommendation needed
Small episodes, great variety and story and overall a nice reimagining of the MK universe. An easy recommendation for the fans.
Great comedy. A little predictable and tiring at times and that camera is less than great and adds nothing to be proud there producers... but has great moments and thus recommended.
Yes the end is definately unsatisfying and didnt live up to the built up hype but no matter what anyone says, this is one of the best series ever made. One of the best
What started as a great comedy series, ended as a struggle to finish an episode. Recommended but stop watching when it starts getting uncomfortable..
Not bad not perfect. Loved the unique animation. Could be better
Excellent series. Keeps getting better till the end
Very good series with good actors. Definately worth the shot
