Taboo 2017

Wish you guys would list this in the calendar based on the FX airing in the US instead of the UK BBC One airing. Just seems that would make more sense. Or at the very least list both and allow users to select which one they want added to their calendar.

@gamecockwarrior Considering it's a british show that airs first on BBC One it has more right for it to be listed under BBC One. It's like me complaining that The Walking Dead is listed under AMC and not FOX or Game of Thrones being listed as HBO and not Sky Atlantic.

@skuzzyfox It's a bit more complicated because this was a coproduction between the BBC and FX, so not entirely a British show. I agree that the air date should reflect the country/network where it first airs though (which it does now).

@gamecockwarrior No, it makes more sense that it's a British show and therefore, it shows up when it airs on BBC. So there's nothing wrong with it.

Trakt claims to "keep track of TV shows and movies you watch." As such the user should have the power to select/view airing details based on his/her locale. Would make for a great feature enhancement. Who really cares about country of origin/native airing?

@dguise I do, I download everything, so I don't really care. BTW I would not have problem paying for 2 or 3 services like netflix if there was device where all would work at least 90%.

@gamecockwarrior Sorry to disappoint mate, but it is a British TV series after all... Can't have them all. Even if you are american...

@gamecockwarrior How does it make sense when the series is British and first aired in the UK?
You should be instead asking why Trakt doesn't allow YOU to chose or make your own custom calendar.

@gamecockwarrior Bit late to the party but Trakt gets it's info from thetvdb.com and the general rule there is to use the date it is first aired. I know it sucks but it is how it is
