Wether this is historically accurate or not it still is a great movie. Brian Cox is amazing and interestingly his two most memorable roles for me are now those of Winston Churchill and Herman Goering (in Nuremberg https://trakt.tv/movies/nuremberg-2000). Go figure. But I also liked Miranda Richards, the two of them complementing each other very well. As for historical accurancy - well with some of the most private matters who knows what kind of a man Churchill really was. In many ways Oliver Stones JFK could be described as fictional in huge parts. It is the same here - it´s interpretation. I for one can believe that parts of it might be true althought they might not. It is not a documentary. In any case it is a refreshing break from thin story blockbuster movies.
