@lukev1-5 I wouldn't call this season dull - I'm really enjoying it so far; it's definitely a step up from Cult - but I do agree that they need to cut back on the flashbacks.
@lukev1-5 When I was reading news years ago about how all seasons are somehow connected and we have to wait until the end to understand all connections I didnt imagine they would connect it all through flashbacks in one season instead of actual story of that season... Trailer for Apocalypse looked awesome but this is some strange mixture of Coven and boring flashbacks destroying story told before.
@lukev1-5 I was disappointed as well. Apocalypse just became Coven season 2.

It's really disappointing how they've managed to take a premise with so much potential and make it into something so profoundly dull. How many episodes have we spent in flashbacks so far? Too many. The season's called Apocalypse, we all came here for the Apocalypse, enough with the pre-Apocalypse already.
