@bodhie the weirdest part that it was presented as something charming and positive?! idk I guess to show us that Yennefer was the chosen one and the rest wasn't on her level or something. I should probably start reading reviews maybe it would shine some light on the whole ordeal
@gloom8 on reddit I've read an explanation that the eels became the conduits of power that supply the citadel with magics. So they must have fulfilled their DESTINY.
@bodhie destiny, huh. Ok. I got that they were powering something, I just didn't realise it was the whole citadel.
But the smile and lightheartedness at the end still throws me off a bit. One of them was her friend after all. I'm trying to guess what that supposed to say about her character - that Yennefer evil or there were no malice in it, it's just the way their world works? Moral system in this world is still a mystery to me)
