[Initial Impression]. Built on the star power of Rob Lowe and Liv Tyler, this series (Iike its predecessor 9-1-1) has little to do with real fire procedures and fire service related emergencies. The series will be a sensationalized crisis-of-the-week production, while slowly milking out the personal dramas of the cast of characters. Lots of unrealistic action, cutesy banter and soap opera, personal drama. They better establish some grounded, sympathetic characters soon or they will lose their audience.
