So, here I am again, at the end of the series. I don't know how many times I've seen the complete show. I do know I haven't seen any other show, including all of Star Trek, as often. And although I have made some critical and negative comments, I love the show as much as ever. Maybe even a bit more if I see what's on TV today. And everytime I watch it I learn something new and I like things I didn't like the last time. That is something I can't say about any other show.
And I feel already a bit sad to leave the crew of the Enterprise behind. Until, in a couple of years from now, I probably feel the need to re-visit them again.

@finfan It took me a while to see the ending of this amazing show, about 4 months! A lot of changed in my life since then. It's difficult for me to say goodbye to a show I like, so I keep pushing the ending away to other times.
I liked the ending because it kept a good balance between action, science mystery (which is my favourite part when i watch Star Trek shows) and characters development. You know I don't love Q, but John de Lancie is great and seeing him with Patrick Stewart was a good thing. He is not controlling the destiny of others or portraying the omnipotent being, is merely supporting Picard just as a fan is supporting his team during a match. I liked that.

As we told before, I like the relationships between the characters, so it's easy to be part of the Enterprise. And it was nice to be on the Enterprise once again, feeling like I was part of the crew.

Deep Space Nine awaits me, now. It would be my first view.

@andreas1138 I am glad you enjoyed it this much. Star Trek has given me a lot over the years and I am always happy to see someone else enjoying it as much as I do.

DS9 has a grittier and darker tone in general as the setting and the background on which it plays is different from TNG. Like TNG it needs time to get rolling but espicially after season three the plot becomes more coherent and you get more of a serialized contend instead of the more episodic TNG.

Over the years DS9 has given TNG a run for it's money with me and today I struggle to say which I like more.
