I wasn't overly thrilled at the beginning of Clone Wars or Rebels either but those had the added benefit of playing in the middle of my Star Wars. Since this doesn't seem to dive into the mythology of Jedi/Sith and the Force it could be a hard watch. I pretty much agree with AndrewBloom so I don't repeat what he already wrote.
