@cnotex Great, they are together, but the human race ended either way, now that they are sterile.
And it was made VERY CLEAR, that they won't ascend when they die. It was said in the same sentence in which they said there would be no offspring.
@player8472 Yeah I watched it again and they wont be able to transcend. I was gonna edit the comment. However clarke could still have children possibly, since she never transcended, there are lots of loopholes. But we will never know.
@cnotex And who would she have a child with? All the men are supposedly sterile too.
@kyragos As I have said in the comment I made above, there are a lot of loopholes. Maybe Clarke is sterile too, I dont know. They can travel the universe, maybe they can create it synthetically in a lab. I dont think it applies to clarke. I dont know the possibilities. We will never know.

I loved this ending so much, This is definitely gonna annoy some people, they don't like the Transcendence stuff, I am not big fan, but it was a bit heart-warming to see them all together in the end of the sow. I believe at the end of their lives Clarke will die and go somewhere else but The rest will transcend. I hope the prequel will answer remaining questions but I have enjoyed it. A bittersweet ending as I expected for a phenomenal, heart wrenching, survival post apocalyptic show like this. The fighting is over, no more war. May we meet again.
