It's so funny how I can relate to both women in this movie. I feel like both of them have really real strong acceptable reasons why they are the way they are and why they act the way they act. I can defend them both individually. When I saw the movie on my own, I had real strong feelings for Catherine, because she's misunderstood and people think she's crazy. When I saw it with my sister, she had the same feelings for Catherine, which made me feel like I had to stand up for Hope Davis' character: she's just trying to live her life and help Catherine the way she thinks it's best. I do really feel like both of them are perfectly right to do what they do. Great movie!
