Just finished the show. The final 4 episodes are EPIC, the rest of the seasons are a bit of hit and miss with several interesting parts of world's and people affected by the war and the way they see it. Ashoka Tano is an excellent character. she's likable, honest, has her heart on the right place and grows so much throughout the show. She makes a terrific pair with Anakin Skywalker and it's great to see a padawan with Skywalker. Takes us through the clone wars, up until order 66. Grows our vision of the clones as human beings and their search of self and purpose.
Missing from the show are pivotal parts of the plot, like Dooku's death, Grievous's capture and the standoff between the chancellor, na Windu and the fall of Anakin into Darth Vader.
On a side note, Jedis are idiots. May be because of their ideals, but they are found lacking throughout the whole show. Not very clever, insightful, sharp or that much great warriors as they are made out to be. It gets better towards the end.
