Peacemaker was the most annoying person in the entire film and I really wanted him to die. Honestly. So when they made this show I thought, they’d have to make it REALLY good for me to watch it. Then everyone and their mom said it it actually was.
I guess his sad sad backstory wants to justify him being an asshole. But I like that his team keeps ridiculing him and making his life appropriately “difficult”. Great lines to call someone out on their bull shit.
But “when men were real men because they weren’t afraid to be women” sounds about the opposite of sexist. And Eagly is great. True love, man. Maybe there’s hope yet to re-educate that douche.
