Spent many years in the US Navy. Women serving in rates (job specialties) that would have them performing duties on the ship’s bridge is completely accurate. Women started serving on combatant ships in the mid-nineties. The only inaccurate part was the earrings. They weren’t the 2-4mm ball type from what I could tell and most ship’s Captains restrict the wear of them while underway.

Unfortunately the seeds of woke intersectional feminism crept into the final episode of what should have been a great season - did you see the crew on the bridge of the US warship at the end, and of course the incompetent male head of the CIA gets replaced with the almost as incompetent but redeemed woman. They just can't help themselves.
