I must‘ve fallen asleep. Why did the Ghoul leave the head behind after all this effort to retrieve it back? Didn’t he even say something like "they digest very slow, we still have time"?! Which is implicating that he sorts something else out how to get to the head?! Nevermind, next scene Maximus pulling his guy from the creatures mouth. How did he accomplish that? Was it just the power from the suit that he could pull the creature's insides out?! Where was the Ghoul and the girl at that time? At one time the world seems very small - then again they be walking "right past each other" without meeting? Confusing.
