Blue Beetle 2023

This is definitely one of the worse DC movie ever, Character development, dialogues, story, whatever you look for in a good movie, it's definitely missing in this one. Totally predictable. May be fine for kids who would be happy to see some colours here and there otherwise this movie has nothing to offer for anyone who is looking to spend some good time. There is no sense in this movie plot. Unnecessary drama, and needlessly prolonged scenes. DC could use some good writers and directors who can present the movie in somewhat better way. I never thought that I would be disappointed this much by any movie.

I thought this film was going to be great and serious. For me, it is clownish. I did not enjoy it!

This is just generic as hell. Why do they need to say every minute that they are Mexican?

Say what you will about this movie but ain’t no way you don’t want to see more of nana and her badassery.

Came in to this without much prior knowledge, and really enjoyed the film from start to end.

It’s got a fair chunk of humour in it, sort of similar to Ant-Man/The Flash type, and some really good details.
Plot was fairly predictable, but the whole film was a joy to watch start to end.

I'm watching the movie and wondering what age demographic are these movies made for like Shazam is this one they're not for adults are they for kids if so what age cuz they're just so cheesy

It was better than black Adam, but the villain isn’t a full character until the end of the movie, and blue beetle is kind of a bitch while his family does all the cool shit.

One of the worst movies ever: unoriginal plot, bad acting, terrible jokes... I guess we just need to swallow another emerging markets superhero.

Very good movie.
Even thou it looks a lot like a movie done for TV it is fun and ecxiting.
the 2 hours passed in 5 minutes for me.

Has the full on stink of a mid-2000s generic superhero origin story, Xolo Mariduena does what he can and brings charm to the movie but he can’t save it. The humor is baffling and while there are a few moments, it totally reeks of a made for streaming movie. Gotta give it up for the Cypress Hill needle drop tho.

i expected soooo much more from this and from Warner Brothers.. Nana was the only one that made it a bit better....

Not as cool as you might think

exceeded my expectations! the CGI and makeup costume was right on point. I can't wait till they meet the aliens that created the scarab, black beetle fight in 2026!
