The second entry in Marvel’s Heroes United animated series, Iron Man/Captain America: Heroes United is an exciting and action-packed adventure. In order to create a new Hydra army the Red Skull hires the Taskmaster to capture Captain America, and when he does it falls to Iron Man to rescue him. The writing is pretty good and works in a few twists and turns. It also uses Iron Man and Cap to explore some interesting themes, such as planning vs. improvisation and control vs. chaos. And while it’s not connected to the live-action films, it does take some inspiration from them in the visual aesthetic and in certain story elements. However, the animation is weak; with a lot of rough edges and poor texturing and shading. Still, Iron Man/Captain America: Heroes United is entertaining and fun, and a definite improvement over the last film.

Better than Iron Man & Hulk. But what's with the facial animation ? Not enough processing power available ? Story is what I expect but I could live without all those friendly fights.
