A great Movie to watch. Liked it
Not a bad film, just very underwhelming compared to the first. Kept expecting a twist or two to make the plot more interesting but there was nothing.
I read an article stating the title "Gun Pornography" fits best for this movie - and they were right. Holy sh.. I haven't seen that much flying bullets in a movie in a long time. There are a lot of corpses in the movie, and as a guy I loved every minute of it! Best action-movie in a long time!
I frigging loved all of it. Action Packed movie with great stunts. Seems there's a third chapter ((: Can't wait to see it.

2 hours of the finest gun fu craziness one can buy, rent, stream or timeshift in a legally dubious manner.
Not quite as good as the first one though unfortunately.
Proper cringey dialogue and and I think they paid less attention to the gunplay. Pretty sad overall. Spends time trying to develop John's character through introducing new characters, which doesn't really work very well.
Kind of enjoyable for the action and Keanu but not much else...

I'm glad that John Wick is not very good at retiring. After the sucess of "John Wick", they needed to do this one.
The scenarios of this movie were outstanding. So beautiful to watch. The action sequences were terrific and the stunt work was incredible. I had a blast watching this movie.
Keanu Reeves was born for this role. I also liked the way this movie explored the vulnerable side of John Wick, even if he is very hard to beat.
Oh... and the pencil scene... Holy shit.
I couldn't stop smiling throughout the all movie, thinking about what this franchise succeed since 2014.
Already waiting for the third movie.
Bettet than the frist one!
Reminds me of the Matrix in some weird way. Not a movie that you're supposed to over analyse too much though since it's hardly believable someone could survive all that. But it is a good movie if only to watch the action scenes and see how Keanu dodges fists and bullets from start to finish.
Better than the first one, especially in terms of story and action scenes, though there are still too many WTFs and too much Keanu to really let this one shine.
why just 71%??? I think this movie is one of the best sequel movies ever made! At lease 8,5/10 great cinematography and brilliant scenes!
I'll make this short. It's the best hand-to-hand combat and gun play movie I have ever seen. Forget James Bond, Jason Bourne, Jack Bauer, Jack Reacher, Ethan Hunt and anyone else. John Wick is the greatest action hero of all time. He could kill all those guys I just mentioned with a pencil.
A non-stop action film that actually has a brain. Keanu Reeves deserves some credit acting wise. Yes I said it. For someone who looked like "duh..." through most his career. He's actually solid in the John Wick movies.
I mean, it requires some acting to be so damn bad ass. Sure Neo was a cool character but Keanu still looked lost through that whole trilogy. Here, he owns this character and every single action scene "and there's a lot....a whole lot."
While there's plenty of colorful characters he goes up against. Ruby Rose as Ares, the hot deaf girl stands out the most though. I love how she and John communicate back and forth with sign language, each with their own death threats.
Even John's dog is a great character. The film is so stylish, draggy and action packed that you might grow a little bored. Especially bored with so many gun shots to the head.
If you're an action junkie though, John Wick 2 is heroine.

i was soo scared of this sequel, because sequels usually fail to deliver but this one WOOOOW. watching the 1 chapter and second and how it picks up and how it connect and how they managed to keep the pace and the vision is brilliant. CHAPTER 3 GONNA BE FIRE!! can't wait.
