As much as I like Tommy, I gotta side with Jude on this one. The MVP goes to Grace trying to keep the peace while siding with her husband lol
Absolutely boring .... I wish they would do something!!
This is some of the best 9-1-1: Lone Star that we've gotten in awhile, as the drama runs strong alongside plausible and interesting rescues. The beauty of this episode isn't any outrageous drama, although we do have a bit of that, but rather the realism of both how it came about, and the dialogue that portrays it.

Sorry, but this episode was stupid all around.
First of all, the Strand situation: Why does Owen tell TK at that moment about the risk of having a genetic disease? Why not wait another couple of days until the test is in? Always being honest is one thing, but this just meant that TK would freak out... possibly needlessly. Then there's TK's reaction... sorry, but he's losing his mind over a possible disease, picturing all the worst case scenarios, trying to get Carlos to call off the wedding... Granted, it's relatable (which is why I think Owen telling TK at that point was doing more damage than necessary), on the other hand, the man is a medic, he's used to dealing with lifethreatening situations, hell, he himself was in enough life-threatening situations. He knows what Huntington's is and that you don't just develop symptoms from one moment to another, he knows Owen's getting tested, so there should be some clarity of what they'd be dealing with in a couple of days... and still, he goes off the deep end? At least, he didn't end up in some shady street and shoot up. And the brother asking Owen to help him die - predictable.
Then there's the Judd-Tommy conflict. And I have to say, sorry, Tommy, but Judd was right in reporting you. You disobeyed an order, put your own life and Judd's at risk... and don't even see any fault with that. She essentially wanted Judd to lie on his report... still, no mistake on her part. Honestly, could have done without the accident at the end that puts that conflict on the backburner because it is necessary to hash those issues of the command structure out and not postpone them indefinitely.
