We also talk about Rian Johnson and his Star Wars trilogy because apparently people are still upset about The Last Jedi. I actually thought it was a really solid movie that moved the Star Wars story along nicely and....okay now I see a crowd of people slowly walking towards me....back to The Last Jedi. You see, most people are upset with the characterization of Luke but I thought it was a cool take on how our heroes can...okay now the crowd has become a mob and they're pulling out pitchforks....let me just get this one final say on The Last Jedi. I give it a solid B+ and consider it one of the better Star Wars movies OKAY NOW THE MOB IS BREAKING DOWN THE DOOR AND WANTS MY BLOOD. PLEASE SEND HELP. THERE'S A GOOD CHANCE THERE WON'T BE TIME CODES TODAY.

It’s Valentine’s morrow, and we hope you had a spicy night! It's because the actor played Thor. Think about it. We also have Dave Mason calling into the show to talk Oscar betting! You can really bet on anything these days, just like how I betted on whether or not any of you would get the THORS-day joke. It's a bit of a gamble because you have to have had previous knowledge of Chris Hemsworth playing Thor to understand the joke. Anyway, we hope you enjoy the show! It’s a relatively calm Friday today but that means there’s a lot of room to get cuhhhhhhhhhrazy over here with host Kristian Harloff, Dorina Arellano, Mark Reilly, John Rocha, Cody Hall, and Alex Marzoña! It’s the first show of June and— wait— what? It’s July? You told me it wasn’t! You lie! JULY-ER! My ex told me that joke one time, and it’s literally the only good thing that comes to mind when I think about her. She may have put a dampener a lot of things I once held dear, but she hasn’t seen me in this stage of my life where OKAY CODY IS TAKING OVER THE DESCRIPTION NOW JESUS CHRIST, ALEX. While Alex deals with some personal issues, let me tell you what the show will be about today. We're talking some NBA free agency! Can you believe KD went to the Nets? Where's Kawhi gonna go? Let's laugh at the Knicks and.....we're not talking NBA? We're doing Masters of the Universe? Again? Sigh. Welp, I imagine He-Man would be a BEAST at power forward, and Skeletor would be one of those sneaky small forwards who aren't that fast but can shoot a mean three from the corner. I don't know what else to talk about here. Mainly I'm just killing time until Alex is done with his therapy session.

Happy Tuesday, everybody! Today on Collider Live, we're talking about some more reboots and sequels that ignore the other sequels and you know what I'm starting to think we're all dead and this is all an endless purgatory where all the media we consume is the same thing recycled over and over and over until we realize that this is the sideways timeline and this was all meant for us all to meet together and remember the fun times we had on that island where there were polar bears and smoke monster and a hatch where you had to type a bunch of numbers or else the world was about to end. I guess I just miss Lost. Around the 30 minute mark, we'll also have Devon Sawa & director John Herzfeld in studio promoting Escape Plan: The Extractors! This is gonna be a good episode today!

What we REALLY need to argue about is whether or not Tony Hawk's Underground is considered a step forward or a step backward in the THPS series. I, for one, thought the open world aspect of it was groundbreaking and a massive improvement over its introduction in THPS4. And how about that story mode??? Just revolutionary for the time! Now, of course, the games really started to crap out after this installment, so maybe Underground was the cause of everything we ended up hating about the Tony Hawk series. Hmm. What a thought. What are we talking about on this show again? Honestly whenever I do these descriptions I kind of just start typing until someone on the show notices. Sigh. They're not noticing. They never do.
