Audrey neglects both Alf and the shop to spend time with Malcolm, whom Ivy believes to be her brother-in-law. However, Malcolm lets slip about Audrey's natural son, Stephen and Emily's good nature gets the better of her when she realises how lonely Percy is. Sending Vince St Clair to fill the gap at the Club pays off for Alec.
