Kouchu Misako, a 9-year-old boy whose dream is to become Master Champion, became a Crystal Brawler and met the first Crystal Monster, Roaracryst, even though they haven't quite got along on the path yet. Before they go along the path, Kouchu introduces Roaracryst to his family and starts to cause a little chaos. After getting his brawler license, he encounters Sakuro Himensho, who is forced to steal Crystal Balls by maleficient Furious Five. After getting back the Crystal Balls, Kouchu then gave them to Shari, then they have encountered the Furious Five who blamed him for ruining their plans. Kouchu and Roaracryst then became friends when Roaracryst saves Kouchu from the Furious Five.
Heading to Clevergreen City, Kouchu and Roaracryst are in the middle of stopping a Birdono from stealing Kouchu's stufff. However, Kouchu uses the pink-haired girl's CD in order for Roararcryst to successfully capture Birdono-- and Kouchu's food. Newcomer Shauna Genga accuses Kouchu of stealing her CD after using it for Roaracryst to enpower him. After the Furious Five arrives and injures Mouselette, Kouchu decides to apologize and help Shauna to save Mouselette. After saving Mouselette, Kouchu earned Shauna's respect and she decided to travel with him on his journey as in company. Roaracryst also grew a friendship with Mouselette as well.
While they are still in Clevergreen City, Kouchu and Shauna finds out that there is a robbery on the CrystalMart. The Furious Five takes over a shop, so Kouchu, Roaracryst, and Shauna stops them with the help of several polices. They thanked them, and inspires them to reach their goal. The Furious Five does this for Hunter Grai's orders, and the three work together to stop them. On their way, a endangered Ninecoat was in the shop, so Roaracrst and Mouselette befriends Ninecoat to get him out of the burning building. The Snakerie attacks Roaracryst and Mouselette again, and when they do not have the strength to fight back, Ninecoat jumps to the rescue and saved the two endangered Crystal Monsters. Ninecoat earned respect and Kouchu and Shauna invites him to their journey.
Kouchu, Shauna, and Roaracryst have discovered a library, and a librarian named Simon, who revealed that he is the medal holder. Kouchu meets Dustin Withness and he is told that he could get an medal by Dustin Withness, Shari's assistant in order to be a Master Champion. Simon, the medal holder is the first person whom Kouchu have helped with in his plant at his field. After helping Simon plant a field, an unexpected disease is affecting friendly Plantmore, so Roaracryst, Mouselette, along with their new friend, Ninecoat, ends up saving it. However, Pionpion disrupts the flower garden, so Plantmore was able to scare it away with a sunbeam. Plantmore then join the adventures.
In the Clevergreen Cave, Kouchu and Shauna heard from Fossolor that their cave is being destroyed by the Fossolant king. Sakuro visits Kouchu again when the Fossolors are in danger. When Sakuro begin to free the Fossolors from the ceiling of the cave, he fell down the hole, however, Kouchu grabs him. After saving Sakuro from falling down the hole, made by the Fossolant king to trap Sakuro, Sakuro attempts to join Kouchu on his adventures and Kouchu accepted his request. Kouchu and Sakuro works together to save the Fossolant Cave, in return, the Fossolant gave them Crystal Balls. After the Fossolors thanked the brawlers, they ventured to the Shuriken City.
Kouchu, Sakuro, and Shauna have trouble finding the way to a path in the dark. The path that they have chosen have led them to the haunted house. The three brawlers got swept up in a haunted house after getting lost. Once they entered the haunted house, the spirits surrounds them wherever they are going. However, Kouchu befriended a Gaston, only to discovered that he was reincarnated from one of the people who died in the haunted house. They ended up helping the spirit Gaston with his image problems. After helping the friendly Gaston, the brawlers prepare to leave to the new path in Route 3.
The brawlers receives a letter from the anonymous brawler to meet them the Valley Corners. When they went there, the Five become a negative course for the brawlers when they are tricked from reading a letter to their lair. The Five asked them for the Crystal Balls, however, they have refused, but the Furious Five won't stop at nothing to get answers. Afterwards, they escape by figting fire with fire, and makes it back to the quest, but there appears to be some bad news in Clevergreen City when another Crystal Brawler is causing some trouble with his or her Crystal Monsters. Will Kouchu and his friends stop him or her, or will this disaster becomes big as it seems?
When Kouchu and his friends went back to the Clevergreen City, Kouchu have met a 12-year-old very delinquent girl, Marcy Kimensho, who will not stop at stealing Crystal Balls. Marcy Kimensho revealed to Kouchu that she is his bully, and dared Roaracryst to fight with her Marukas. However, Roaracryst lost and the Marukas continues to steal the Crystal Balls. Having failed to stop her, Kouchu promise himself that he will surpass his bully. However, he learned that Shuriken Types are weak against the Dark Type, and the Marukas are the dark types. The police pulls Marcy and Kouchu enters back to the path with his friends for his next medal.
On their way to the other town, the construction of the road blocks the paths due to unknown causes. The polices and the construction workers would not allow them to cross the road. Due to the bridge being collapsed, the brawlers then have to find some ways to get to their location. The brawlers tries many and many ways to get pass the blocked bridge, including swimming, with the Crystal Monster Pori, which is successful. The brawlers head for the Second Medal.
The brawlers enters the 3rd Route and Kouchu enters the field dor his second medal. But lost to Rebecca's sports and failed the test in the garden, Kouchu got off track when he failed to earn another medal. He regrets his lost in Rebecca, however, wanted to get his confidence back. The test studying did not get well for him, either. Thanks to confidence by his friends, he manage to win Rebecca's medal. The brawlers must take the next path in order to go to Shuriken City.
Before the brawlers go to Shuriken City, Shari asked them to run an errand via phone. However, the brawlers got stranded in the forest when running errands for Shari, which she told them for the big gold fruit. The brawlers realized that Shari sended them on a dangerous quest for it. While they search for directions, they recieve help from the teenage wilderness explorer. They have the big gold fruit and return to Justpip Town to give to Shari. The brawlers return to their journey.
On their way to Shuriken City, the brawlers decided to get rest. Despite failing to trap them for the first time, outside their shelter, The Five put traps for the brawler to step in. The brawlers have suddenly fell down their traps. When they realize this, they let the Five fall on the rest of their own traps. The Furious Five, with dissapointment, goes to Hunter Grai , and told the Five he will kidnap Dragiono. Kouchu and co. go North to get the Third Medal.
Kouchu, Sakuro, and Shauna have heard that Dragiono was kidnapped by Hunter Grai. Kouchu, willing to save Dragiono. Kouchu have to sneak in the zoo and decides to "steal" Dragiono from getting abused by Grai. When Grai knows that Kouchu has Dragiono, Koucbu steps up to Hunter Grai and escapes as fast as he could. Grai have let him go, but he won't next time. By then, the brawlers have finally reached the Shuriken City. Hunter Grai, failed to catch the Dragiono he wanted, gave Furious Five another task.
Kouchu and his friends finally made it to Shurimen City, and he is about to face another test. Kouchu loses confidence after a big mistake at retrieving the Shueiken Medal when he failed another test. When he decides to study more about Crystal Monsters, Kouchu have given himself confidence, with help, and was able to get the medal. Although he has trouble understanding Crystal Monsters, he insist help from Marc, from his dream earlier in the series, to help him understand the powers of the Crystal Monsters. Kouchu was able to get the medal, and he and his friends will go to Route 4.
Kouchu and brawlers goes to Route 4, only to discover it is raining. They saw a nearby house that they can go in to keep themselves dry. When they entered a nearby house for safety from the rain, the brawlers know that they are fooled by silly traps and someone have set them up. Suspecting that the prankster is up to this, she suggests that they should leave the house, but it would be unsafe to do so with so much rain around. With Shauna enraged, she tolds the prankster to stop pranking them. Unable to stop, Roaracryst, Squishing, and Mouselette beats him up.
Out of the crazy house, Kouchu and his friends, messy from the pranks the prankster have set, they decided to go to the hot spa. The nice old lady recommend Shauna the blue potion for 50 peridots. When Shauna bought it and accidentally test it on Mouselette. Shauna's Mouselette turned big and aggressive after drinking blue potion that the clerk of the CrystalMart have given her. Everytime Mouselette gets angry, she grows and grows more. She began to grow into a big giant. To shrink Mouselette back, the brawlers use kindness and friendship. After that, the brawlers head to Dark City.
They were stopped by the road when Kouchu must face a tough Crystal Brawler, Wally, when he is challenged at the Crystal Jewels Battle by him. Kouchu must learn about the Crystal Monster's "energy levels", and he is not the only Crystal Brawler who doesn't know much about Crystal Monsters,so does Shauna and Sakuro, too! With 2 attempts, Kouchu was able to practice his skills with Roaracryst and finally beat him. the brawlers deserves a shelter as a reward and it is next to Dark City.
When the brawlers decided to go to sleep, especially after Roaracryst's big battle, the Marukas takes over Kouchu's mind in his sleep with "Mind Controller Collar" so they can get the Crystal Balls. The device have worked on Kouchu, and he was able to listen to any of the Maruka's orders. While he is obeying the Maruka's orders, Roaracryst, Shauna, and Sakuro wakes up to discover that Kouchu "escaped" from the shelter. Roaracryst, Shauna, and Sakuro decided to find him and save him by the Marukas. The Marukas were close of getting the Crystal Balls with Kouchu so they can rule the world, but Roaracryst was able to find and save him by covering the Marukas with webs.
A bully comes up to "beat up" a certain someone. When the bully has a hard look at Kouchu, Kouchu thinks he wants to bully him. Kouchu's never been bullied before. Shauna and Sakuro encourages Kouchu to stand up to the bully who wants to beat him up, even though Kouchu have refused to accept their support because he act like he is mature enough to take him down. When Kouchu fall down the stairs, Shauna and Sakuro have saw his black eye, and they think that he have been beaten up, but it turns out he injured himself on the stairs. When Shauna and Sakuro have forced and pressured Kouchu to stand up for the bully, Kouchu, frightened inside, the bully later means playing cards. Kouchu was relieved by this and he ended up taking his challenge of battle simulation by cards. Kouchu ends up playing cards with him and returned to getting his third medal on the road.
Kouchu and his friends went to venture to Dark City for another medal, but even though it is a big road to Dark City, the brawlers have decided to stop at the park. But Kouchu was forced to come with Hunter Grai. When he was kidnapped, Kouchu was tricked into giving the Crystal Balls to be freed, and manages to steal them back with the others. As they fight, Ninecoat, Plantmore, and Mouselette has no energy left to fight, so Roaracryst jumps in to sacrifice to saves Kouchu and grabs all the Crystal Balls away from Hunter Grai. Therefore, Kouchu then rushes Roaracryst to the nearby CrystalHospital on Route 4 in order for him to get better and healed.
Marcy faced Kouchu again, and the battle gets even tougher than the first. However, Kouchu fails to stop Marcy again when she is using more than one Maruka. Learning from his rivalry between him and Marcy, his efforts have given him a new plan to involve Ninecoat, Plantmore, and Mouselette around. Kouchu advises the plan with Sakuro and Shauna that they should beat up Marcy, but they have convince him that Marcy is just 12 years old, even judging Kouchu's age and comparing him to Marcy's. Kouchu bluffs about the age comparison, and brags about that he doesn't need to be too young to take on a challenge, even though he is acting like it. Kouchu tries to prove that the Marukas are after the Crystal Balls as they told him not to do so. Then, Roaracryst, Ninecoat, Plantmore, and Mouselette were able to stop "enough" Marukas in order to keep them out of the way.
On the brawler's path on Route 4, they have discovered something going on. A loud music from the rock band is playing, and the song causes everyone a bad headache. The Crystal Brawlers must stop the Bad Band Crew from playing the song. However, the Bad Band Crew won't even listen to the brawlers because they want them to believe that music only makes them powerful, so the brawlers stops the Bad Band Crew by fighting fire with fire, with the help of Dustin. Dustin, getting the brawler's assistance as Band Crew Members in order to stop them. He reveals that he was in the band. The Crystal Brawlers sang the song "Can't Beat the Loudness", which made Dustin very furious enough to beat up the Bad Band Crew members. Kouchu and co escapes from the fight and run on way to Dark City.
The brawlers decides to stop and rest to sleep. However, Kouchu cannot fall asleep after being cursed with the sequence of bad dreams of threadworms, ghosts, and the scary stuff. However, he tries to distract himself, by daring himself NOT to go to sleep. Shauna and Sakuro convinced Kouchu to rest, and if he doesn't sleep, he doesn't feel well at all. Kouchu learns that it is not easy to avoid something you are afraid of, which that is the moral of the story. However, his fear for threadworms is remained. The brawlers decided to continue on a trail to Dark City.
In a nice sunny day, the brawlers feel very dried up. Suddenly, Shauna fell in the pool of the river, and Kouchu attempts to save her. When Kouchu saves her, Sakuro thinks that they are blushing for each other. Sakuro mistakens Kouchu and Shauna as lovebirds when Kouchu gave Shauna some nice gifts. Mouselette and Roaracryst are suspicious that Kouchu and Shauna like each other when Kouchu saves her from the big Birdfartch. The Crystal Monsters and Sakuro attempts to set up Kouchu and Shauna up to each other by a picnic date, but only to lead to a difficult argument to understand about.
On their way to Dark City, Kouchu have met another boy, older than him, named Jack, who claims he has another Roaracryst. Roaracryst and Roaracryst 2 appears to be competitive when Jack decided to prove which Roaracryst is better. The competition begins to becomes fierce when Roaracryst faces another brawler's Roaracryst. When Roaracryst 2 has done more pinning than Roaracryst, Kouchu then sees that Roaracryst 2 is pretty stronger than Roaracryst. However, he begins to realized by the Energy Level Calculator Professor Shari gave him, they are both the exact same energy level as they prepare for the battle.
The brawlers travels to the Registration Tower to sign up for the Later Tournament. Great Crystal Brawlers such as Tom Becko, Jenna Leah, Millane White, SheBron Brown, Broa Bradley, Henry Sivs, Shanne Teller, Billy Tommo, Lily Tommo, Beah White, Shaun Silvero, Issac Jones, Ramona Lee, and Sally. After Crystal Brawlers signs up for a later tournament, Elliott Mitoa, Kouchu's childhood close friend, haves issues with his license. Going to the company, Kouchu manages to make them understand that Elliott is in trouble when it is restricted. However, the company have several issues, while fighting off with the president. Kouchu helps the President fix problems with Roaracryst by putting together back the gears so the cards would be printed again. It was a success, and Kouchu was able to give Elliott his validated card.
When the brawlers exit the Registration Tower, the Marukas are having a party in their path. As Kouchu and his friends check by to get in the party, there appears to be an Maruka Festival in Dark City, where the brawlers suspect that they are up to no good. When the brawlers attended the party to see what the Marukas are up to, the Marukas think that the brawlers are going to trash the party. The Maruka festival begins to wreak havoc when the Marukas takes the festival to the next level by tricking, lying, cheating, and stealing. The Marukas embarrassed the brawlers in front of everyone, and they get kicked out, so the Crystal Brawlers decided to get rid of the festival by revenge.
The brawlers finally went to go to Dark City. However, the Furious Five ended up going behind their backs, and Kouchu have been effected by the Five's sleeping spray. Then, when they have claimed him, the Furious Five forces Kouchu to be a part of them when they realize that Kouchu has a big heart when they sneak out to spot him while he is talking about Roaracryst, however, Kouchu refuses to hand in Roaracryst to the Furious Five. The Furious Five even attempts to talk him into their plan, even he is strong about his own decisions, Kouchu still refuses so. The Furious Fives try to make him do so by tying him to the missile to Hunter Grai's lair.
When after Roaracryst have saved Kouchu from the missile while he was tied from the Furious Five, the missile launched both Kouchu and Roaracryst up to Hunter Grai's lair. Kouchu and Roaracryst attempts to sneak out quickly as they could. But Hunter Grai uses Kouchu for his evil plots, and Roaracryst got captured in a small power capsule. Hunter Grai have ended sucking Roaracryst's powers. Kouchu was furious by this and attempts to stop Hunter Grai, but even if Hunter Grai pushes Kouchu out of the way, Kouchu won't give up to save Roaracryst's life. Therefore being weak himself, and Hunter Grai stops Kouchu while sucking Roaracryst's powers away from him, and even forcing him to gather all the Crystal Balls.
The brawlers try to reach back to the Dark City for the fourth medal, however, they heard a girl screaming. They saw that a girl is attacked by Tribune. After saving the 12-year-old girl named Danelle Yukona, Kouchu sees that she was beautiful. Even though he was too shy to have a conversation with her, he wanted help. He tries to take advice from his friends, but still he has no luck. The two finally met at the picnic and while Shauna, Sakuro, and Roaracryst hid behind the bush telling Kouchu what to say to Danelle, Kouchu is having trouble with the situation.
When the brawlers sleep in the shelter, Mouselette wakes up and went after the ghost to see where it seems to be going. The evil spirit ended up climbing in Mouselette's body in order to control her. Shauna wakes up knowing that her Mouselette is gone, and the brawlers ended up looking after her. The evil spirit shows itself, and the brawlers and Ninecoat, Plantmore, and Roaracryst attempts to take it down. However, the ghost is too strong. Mouselette's evil spirit seems to be against all their powers, so Kouchu and his friends find it and uses the sign to fade the spirit away. Mouselette in spirit is about to get the Crystal Balls and send it to Hunter Grai. The brawlers must stop Mouselette from sending tbe Crystal Balls from the Furious Five before things get out of hand.
Professor Shari finds a paper in her mailbox that Treasure Island has rare gold there from a very long time ago that belongs to the pirates who have died from the very big war. So Shari invites the brawlers and the Crystal Monsters to a big trip beyond the sea. Shari takes the trio to the Treasure Island for exploring different kinds of golds. The next thing that Kouchu takes the gold away from the underground, the pirates popped up, and held everyone hostage accusing them for robbery. They ran away while being chased. Professor Shari explained to the pirates that they needed the treasure for the big examination. The pirates was then beaten by Crystal Monsters. The golds are now uses for Shari's examination. The brawlers seeks a time machine.
Shari created the new invention called The Time Machine. The brawlers ended up using a time machine that Shari have created it. While she is asleep, the brawlers tooks Shari's time machine back in time 20 years ago, to explores Shari's Crystal Brawler life. Shari wakes up and then went back to sleep. The brawlers accidentally got Shari on her young self her attention and they got chased by Dinomites back to the time machine, and got stuck in time. After the time machine is fixed, they were sent back, onky to know that Shari have discovered that the time machine was ruined.
The brawlers are sucked in the video game after they have been breaking the game controller. They have been trapped in the video games and have been surrounded by Sludgerers, attacking the Crystal Monsters as they are the playable characters in the game. Not knowing what to do, Roaracryst takes action into taking on the Sludgerers. However, as Roaracryst accidentally got in the blue orb, he gained a brand new formed. Figuring out what was happening, Roaracryst transforms into Super Roaracryst for the very first time, and was able to defeat the giant Sludgerer that threatens to defeat them once and for all. The brawlers got back into reality as Kouchu was also wowed.
When the Furious Five got very tired of walking for the Crystal Balls, as they complained that their feet are weak, Julia suggested to fitness. However, instead, the Furious Five built a new mobile to help them instead of just walking for the Crystal Balls to keep up their speed. However, Hiyon, an outcast of the group, decided to build the best of his own, as his mobile was the best. When they are going to crash into the Crystal Ball Building, including Hiyon's, the fuel goes down, and the building is shut down. So instead, the Furious Five gets their own flying motorcycles when their own posessions were destroyed by the maniacs of the building.
As the brawlers are going across the river, Sakuro discovers the boy from the forest he met long time ago. Sakuro reunited with his missing cousin Marcus after he is lost in the forest and decides to find his family with the help of Kouchu and Shauna. However, having to look for his family isn't easy for the Crystal Brawlers. However, with the help of a familiar Crystal Monster, friends of Marcus, the brawlers figured. When he found his family in Dark City, Marcus thanked Sakuro with the Crystal Ball. Kouchu and his friends continue on their trail for the fourth medal.
Overnight, while the brawlers were sleeping, someone have stolen the food from the Crystal Brawlers. When they wake up, the brawler blame each other that the food is gone after they went to sleep. The fighting have stopped once they have heard a loud thrust in the bushes. Then, they have figured out that the group of Laxmores (ラックスモア Rakkusumoa) have ate them all, and asked the Laxmores to give back their food. However, they have refused to listen to them and continues to eat their food. So the brawlers ended up to get them back using Roaracryst, Ninecoat, Plantmore, and Mouselette to fight them. However, the Laxmore gave up and give the Crystal Brawlers back all of their food.
The brawlers were invited to the beach at Porella City for fun. The brawlers and their friends, and other Crystal Brawlers have fun at the beach until they spot the Furious Five doing something in their submarine into retrieving a giant pearl underwater in order to get the Crystal Balls for Hunter Grai.The big pearl seems to be one of the rare elements for the Crystal Monsters. The brawlers have met Mr.Sheen , who decided to let the brawlers use his submarine from his turf in order to get to the ocean where the Furious Five are.
While they are in the same bedroom, the Marukas have a hard time adjusting curfew. Some of the Marukas are tired of sharing a room with the others in Marcy's place. So the Marukas decided to sleep in seperate bedrooms, but some of them rent an apartment apart from there. Once they've split, the Marukas wanted their own lair since they are tired of sharing one with Marcy. After days of building their own lair, they turned the diamond into a cannon to put in front of the Crystal Brawlers. As the Crystal Brawlers travel through where it is aiming, the Marukas tries to shoot, and Roaracryst knew that the missile was coming to them. The Marukas set more balls to throw at the Crystal Brawlers and their Crystal Monsters.
On Path 5, the brawlers, on their way to get the fifth medal, the group of bullies stand in their way of coming to their own "territory". In order to let the brawlers pass, the bullies gave them a big challenge. The brawlers are tested into a rough sport of "battle ball" by the group of bullies. The bullies have taken the sport as too competing for the Crystal Brawlers. But the Crystal Brawlers decided to go through the plan, and finally taught them a lesson by tricking them within Dustin's assisting into playing the battle ball against the bullies. As the bullies are surpassed, the brawlers head around as Dustin distracts.
Shauna seems to be having a feud in the appreciation circle after the brawlers have thanked her for keeping them alive with food. While the brawlers have stuff given by Shauna, Mouselette is the only one without the gift. When Mouselette feels left out from Shauna's feud and his appreciation circle, Mouselette thinks Shauna doesn't want it anymore and feels left out when Shauna is focusing on others but Mouselette, and upsets Mouselette. So Mouselette knows that Shauna have grew apart from her when she appears to take all the attention she needs. Mouselette seems greatly upset about the fact that she haven't gotten any of the attention, then after, Shauna apologizes and makes it out with Mouselette. Mouselette was also cheered up by the other friend of hers and said that they would never leave her alone again. Mouselette, now happy, gave Shauna a hug.
The brawlers are continuing to the path for the other medals. However, when they step in on the busy streets, the brawlers encounter the bullies daring them to skate and hurt themselves. When Sakuro takes this, even much to Kouchu's and Shauna's dismay, Sakuro broke his arm after he is forced to skate by the group of bullies. Sakuro then gives up skating when his knees are sore. As the pain goes by, Sakuro appears to be so needy for the Crystal Brawlers and Kouchu and Shauna criticizes him for being "such a slacker". To prove to them that he isn't lazy, Sakuro decided to challenge the skaters again. As he did the exercise and the training, Sakuro was eager to beat the bullies once again. When they were forced to skate again to enter the path, Sakuro have successfully won.
As the brawlers head out, for another medal, they happen to find themselves upon the Livescore Avenue. Sakuro decided to try out for the 992nd year talent show. As he tried out, he started to tell jokes that are really crude and not suitable for the family. Even though he finds it himself the jokes funny, Shauna and Kouchu begins to be irritated, and the others find it really innapropriate and insulting to them. However, Shauna and Kouchu convinced Sakuro he is talking strange when he ate some of "Fugio", the green ball-like chips, however it wores off after he scolds Kouchu and Shauna. Some people are totally ticked off from his jokes and really criticize him for being the worst joke teller they saw. Sakuro even got kicked out of next year talent show, so Sakuro must come up to apologize to everyone about his repulsive behavior.
The brawlers are excited about Mountain Day. On Mountain Day, the brawlers are having fun, but when then, Mouselette decided to skate her way down the hill. As she skates, the food, and the festival parties, were ruined, and Mouselette didn't even stopped until everything, and of course, everyone was knocked down. When everything was destroyed and everyone upset, with the accident involves Mouselette, she is greatly dissapointed that the brawlers and her friends have accused her of ruining Mountain Day after the accident, so after scolding them and criticizing of how mean they really are, Mouselette ran away to teach her friends a lesson, thinking that she could become a stronger Crystal Monster than any of them. Looking for advices and something to make her feel any better, they ended up looking for her, but instead have encounters Grai, knowing and suspecting that Hunter Grai have kidnapped the poor little Mouselette.
As the brawlers are looking for Mouselette, something else is going on around them as well. As they walk forward, they feel like someone is creeping behind them. The brawlers got someone chasing after them. Hunter Grai will not stop following them to get the Crystal Balls. Roaracryst and the other Crystal Monsters starts to attack him, but Hunter Grai have dodged all of their attacks and starts to attack him with Champfero, and the Crystal Brawlers are being attacked by Grai. Meanwhile while the brawlers are being chased for the Crystal Balls, Mouselette have befriended a young girl, Fiona, who have kept Mouselette safe in her shelter.
The brawlers got knocked down by Champfero, and Grai have successfully grabbed the Crystal Balls from their hands to awaken the force. After Grai finally have their Crystal Balls, the Crystal Brawlers must act fast to stop Grai with the Crystal Monsters. When Grai uses his Crystal Monsters to blow them away, the brawlers cannot reach Grai, but neither of them will give up. Meanwhile, Mouselette have met Pionpunch, Kubine, and Spikefist, and they and Fiona have their own little adventure when they got chased by Flaming. Mouselette was able to save Fiona and the rest of her Crystal Monsters by using her rainbow powers to blow the monsters away. Spikefist, Pionchop, and Cubine admires Mouselette as a hero as the way that her friends would treat her if she would have saved him. However, Mouselette decided to take the credit from her new friends.
When Hunter Grai wouldn't give it up for the Crystal Balls, the brawlers need to get the balls back. When they are trapped by Hunter Grai, Shauna was also worried about Mouselette. Mouselette sees that the Crystal Monster's odd behavior and how they are treating Mouselette disgusts her, and having second thoughts of wanting to go back with the Crystal Brawlers and Shauna. When Fiona decided to take Mouselette to shave her, Mouselette, frightened, decided to escape from her and find Shauna. Mouselette jumps up and puts him to sleep, and runs away with the Crystal Brawlers. Fiona ends up looking for Mouselette and at the end of the episode, she thinks Mouselette is dead and is nowhere to be seen. However, Mouselette misses Shauna.
After saving Mouselette from her terror, Kouchu and his friends have to return to Justpip Town when they are suppose to be at Dark City for the Medal. The brawlers headed to Justpip Town so that they could help Dustin with Professor Shari's lab. However, Shari let Dustin in charge of her lab, while she runs a big errand on buying a special potion, so with Kouchu and his friend's help, Dustin offers to impress Shari of what a good house sitter he is by cleaning the mess, and getting rid of big rats, Dustin have made effort to take care of Shari's laboratory, so does the help of the Crystal Brawlers.
The brawlers took the bus that would drop them off to Dark City. Finally in Dark City, as Kouchu entered the field, he saw someone familliar, and seems to have a strong sense. It was Marcy Kimensho. Kouchu was jealous that Marcy took Darkia's place and she have challenge him into tough sports. The reason why Darkia have left was because she was involved in an accident that she has to go to the emergency room to get recovered. Her brother, Leo (カタ Kata), gave Kouchu confidence, and even though he lost, Leo gave him the medal because of his charisma and strength in person, even though he have lost. The Marukas threatens to take the medal aeay from him in ordrr to fool him around, but Ninecoat saves the day from scaring the Marukas with too much light.
After receiving the medal, even with Roaracryst losing to the Marukas to gain it for Kouchu, he is realy upset about losing Marcy, and felt of his very own shame. Feeling the way that it was he thought it would've been easier if Roaracryst was able to use the Super Roaracryst again. Roaracryst have already told Kouchu that he doesn't have the strength to transform anymore. Sakuro suggested that it was time for Kouchu to accept that Marcy was stronger than him. However, Kouchu have argued with Shauna and Sakuro that he can do any better than they have already think.
While the brawlers are looking forward for the next medal, Shauna receives a letter from the mailman, saying that the letter was from a boy who has a crush on her, a secret admirer. Shauna was shy out after reading a letter from a boy that appears to be a romantic love letter, which she never fell in love nor have someone have a crush on her before. After reading the sweet words on the love letter showing that the person have cared very much about her, Shauna fell in love and wrote him back. After finding who wrote it, the boy appears to be Eric, who admires Shauna.
The brawlers continue to search for another medal. But when Roaracryst sees a Spiders Palace, his hometown where he was born, he sees another Roaracryst in a near-death experience. Roaracryst saved him, and was praised by Roaraking. He decided to let Roaracryst take over for his place, if we would win over Roara#11. Roaracryst and Roara#11 compete in a big web race, which Roaracryst was even strong enough to win. The other Roaracrysts wanted him to stay. However, due to the close bond of his Crystal Brawler, Roaracryst is afraid to lose Kouchu if he would join the other Roaracrysts after becoming the champion of the Spiders' Ceremony after competing with the #11 Roaracryst, and will miss Kouchu when they share a close friendship, but Roaracryst changes his mind and stays with Kouchu.
The Crystal Brawlers and Roaracryst went back to Justpip Town. Then when Kouchu returns to Justpip Town, Kouchu's parents have invited Marcy over for dinner, even though she didn't know that Kouchu and Marcy are sworn rivals. Kouchu got irritated by this and came anyway. Kouchu's mom wanted Kouchu to get along with Marcy, but Kouchu doesn't want to do that with her. Kouchu decided to avoid her by lying to go outside for fresh air. However, Dustin came by and forced Kouchu to go to Marcy's parents, but by tricking him instead. Forced by Dustin to be at Marcy's house, Marcy's parents mistaken Kouchu and Marcy as friends in the way by Kouchu's parents.
At the beginning of the episode, Sakuro bought the special watch from the mysterious cashier, who have also warned Sakuro to use the special watch wisely. When Sakuro came back from the store, the brawlers are out of stuff to do while they take a break of collecting the medals. So, when they have the ball to play with from Sakuro, the Brawlers and the Crystal Monsters play dodge ball. While practicing dodge ball with the Crystal Monsters, he broke his special watch. Sakuro's broken watch cause him to go to the future with the Crystal Monsters. When he wakes up from the watch, the ladies woke him up and showed him what the future looks like, which led him to curiousity what the future looks like, and got back to the present after being mauled by bears. Sakuro have told Kouchu and Shauna that the future is caused by the watch and he got it from Shari.
Kouchu and his friends happens to walk upon another superhero. A new superhero appears in Jarbon. Kouchu's favorite hero, Garem, appears to help the Crystal Brawlers with their problems. As the Crystal Brawlers were so curious that they have decided to follow him around to know about him. Garem is the hero of many fans, including Kouchu. However, when they are surrounded by MightyMan. As they suggested that they need Garem's help, Kouchu was being so selfish about the idea that he and Roaracryst decided to take on MightyMan on their own. The brawlers are captured by MightyMan,who threatens to ask them for the Crystal Balls and took the Crystal Balls away from them, and are saved by Garem in return. Kouchu holds Garem posessions on his room.
The brawlers are well relaxed reaching the Castella Town. They appear at the Route 5 apartment, where the mall is. At the Route 5 apartment, Shauna have completed a survey, and the mayor was impressed of her answers. A woman from the mall asked Shauna to be the queen. As she said yes to her question, Shauna was the Chosen One to be queen of Queensville after winning the poem contest. Shauna seems to take the stardom of being queen when she is giving speeches, while leaving her friends Kouchu and Sakuro apart from her as she is having her own fame. However, being the Chosen One to be Queen of Quensville may be difficult as it seems when Shauna has to pay million. If she does not, she will get her soul taken away! So in order to keep her soul, Shauna has to get herself fired in many ways. Shauna then got kicked out of her place and is safe where she is.
The brawlers went back home again. In Justpip Town again, while visiting his family again, and sleeps over on his bed, Kouchu checks his clock, and finds out that 11:59pm turns to 1:00pm. He found out that the daylight saving time was messed up by the space. Kouchu told Shauna and Sakuro about this and went to the trip to the Earth Center to fix the problem with the crew. With Mushagan's help, the brawlers took a trip to the space to fix time. The problem was the clockrunners have attacked the Crystal Brawlers in order to do whatever they want with time, so the brawlers must act fast about it.
In the Route 5, Apples are sold from a far away land. Pink Apples can be odd for people to eat. Because if people took a bite of an apple, they turn into dolls. As the brawlers are given apples to eat, they figured out that Squishing have turned into a stuffed animal. The brawlers are confused by this and see that everyone in town was turned into dolls. Will Kouchu and his co. reverse the effect? Who are selling these apples anyway? Kouchu and his friends must find a way to stop the apples into having the effect on everyone. When Kouchu and Sakuro turns into dolls, and when Shauna tries to kill the puppet master, she wakes up and realized that it was all just a dream. As she knows that the company is selling pink apples, but doesn't have the effect, she asks the company to ban the pink apples.
