As Garnet finally confesses to Emma out of the blue, so she accepts Garnet's feelings, but worried about Sidekick Boy, when he sees that they are both together. Emma has a crush on Garnet but afraid that she would crush Sidekick Boy's feelings if she dates Garnet in public places.
When Emma and Garnet decided to date each other in secret, Emma must keep a secret from Sidekick Boy the fact that she and Garnet are in the relationship together; However, not only they are protecting their relationship from Sidekick Boy, they are protecting it from Bob and Crystal Dude.
Garem finally arrived to the Natalie Region to befriend the Crystal Brawlers. So Garem teams up with the brawlers to get back the balls when the Furious Fives teams up with the Cheetah Girls to get them. At the end, Garem resumes back to his group for an important meeting.
The Crystal Brawlers follows the trail of Candyfruits from their shelter to the forest of them. Candyfruits are the only fruit making one color change. Kouchu and the others uses the candyfruits for the market, which could cause problems for the environment to blame them for the destruction they've cause.
Kouchu encountered Ichigo Musaki in the forest, and he must rescue her from Flamene when she is being threatened by her and her sisters. After Kouchu have rescued Ichigo in the forest, she begins to have a crush on him, and wanted to take him out on a date.
The Brawlers and the Crystal monsters visit Mouselettes' Mansion when she figures out that Mouselette is very interested in their mansion. Meanwhile, something is stolen from the Mansion with small hands that they must track within their devices. The end of the episode have the Marukas being exposed to their plans.
The Crystal Brawlers first met Alan Pururu and Mahuna Pururu. So the siblings Alan and Mahuna needs the brawler's help when their Crystal Monsters are in danger by the Furious Five for the balls. Kouchu and his friends have saved the siblings from the Furious Five when they need help.
As Kouchu already have five medals so far, Kouchu ventures to get the sixth medal for the tournament from the Medal Holder, Timmy. However, the rest of his medals are swapped away by a secret someone, as Kouchu and his friends begin to track down the thief stealing things.
The Crystal Brawlers resume to their journey while the Marukas are unable to get the Crystal Balls away from them. The Marukas creates various of situations for the brawlers to surpass. Ticked, the brawlers fight fire with fire with the same plans that the Marukas have putted out in them.
As they have failed again to get the Crystal Balls from the Brawlers, the Cheetah Girls create their own Crystal Monsters in order to be against the brawlers, but their plan goes awry when they melt due to their longevity of going towards the sun as they are sensitive to light.
As Kouchu and the Brawlers are going through the other Medal for the challenges, Kouchu gets kicked out of the field because he is made fun of. To teach him a lesson, he disguises as a different person who robs the Medal until the Medal Holder hair stylist battles him.
Kouchu ventures for the seventh medal in the Natalie region to win the tournament, as he went to the grass field. The Crystal Monsters were so strong that they were able to knock out Rottobigib. However, he finds it complicated to get it until he got the Medal late from the battle.
When the Crystal Brawlers finally got the seventh Medal, Kouchu ventures for the eight medal, but once again finds it complicated while getting the medal. However, the Crystal Monsters have already defeated Roaracryst and Rottobigin when the Crystal Brawlers, Vicen, have used transformed Crystal Monsters only for the match.
When he finally fails to get to the eight Medal, Kouchu regresses his brawlers skills because he failed so many times to get another medal, he feels like he's falling behind the other Brawlers. So to figure out the problem, he noticed that Roaracryst is experiencing his degrading energy level.
As Marcy have yet an successful plan to get the Crystal Balls for the Brawlers to get through, the IXL world is in the way when Marcy have stranded the brawlers in the world to fight endless enemies. Therefore, it gets complicated when they are going to get crushed by them.
The Crystal Brawlers are in great danger as Marcy is getting them into big trouble. The IXL world is in the way when the brawlers and their Crystal Monsters get beaten and Kouchu's heart stopped by an IXL Warrior. Meanwhile, the Furious Five is noticing that they are failing because of Cheetah Girls.
The Crystal Brawlers are in the heist when the IXL Crystal Monsters are beating up the Crystal Brawlers. The IXL world is in the way when the brawlers attempt to ressurect Kouchu and fight the evil IXL spirits across the whole planet. The job may be tough to stop when everyone is going downhill.
The IXL world is in the way when Roaracryst and the other Crystal Brawlers appear in their super forms in order to fight the beasts. However, their super forms isn't going to be enough to fight off the IXL Crystal Monsters. However, the Brawlers have once again fell on the trap.

The Crystal Brawlers went over to defeat the IXL World, as they have already defeated the IXL King. The IXL world is in the way when the brawlers have to escape the earth because the planet will explode with a big bomb! The Brawlers escaped and destroyed Marcy's place in Natalie.
Kouchu finally got his eighth Medal from the Crystal Brawler after his big battle in the IXL World. So after he aquired all eight of the medals, the tournament goes on in Natalie, and Kouchu and his friends were able to participate with Crystal Monsters to the league of the region.
The tournament goes on in Natalie, and Kouchu and the Crystal Brawlers are on their current levels of the tournament as Kouchu faces off the two Crystal Brawlers in the first two rounds, Nicke, and Chile, as they are the strong Crystal Brawlers like Kouchu was.
After he have defeated the second Crystal Brawler, it is time that Kouchu faces the final round again Smith, Kouchu's third contestant to fight, and have lost the whole league again, especially when he lost in the first round of the Natalie League Tournament, leaving him in dismay.
After his devastating lost at the Natalie Tournament, Asuna sends the message to Kouchu and his friends that the Marukas are planning a big monster in the Crystal World to get the balls. The Marukas create a big Crystal Monster to take over the world with. Though, Kouchu and his friends prepare themselves...
Rottobigin is now accessible through Kouchu's will, and the Crystal Brawlers are getting transformations from their Crystal Monsters as they begin to fight the Maruka's monster. Kouchu uses his Rottobigin to defeat the monster with, so he would be able to fight the monster with his superpowers. The monster also strikes back.
When the Crystal Brawlers decided that there is another Natalie Region nearby towards the north, the brawlers go to Furika Natalie region for the more medals so Kouchu could beat the tournament again with the Rottobigin technique. However, when they get over there, they encounter an robbery towards the Crystal Mart.
When the Crystal Brawlers arrived at Fubaki Big Arena, The brawlers discovers the legend monsters noting that it is their true home, and befriend them, while the legend Crystal Monsters tell them their story of the Crystal World history. However, the Crystal Monsters have known that they have already discovered a truth.
The Brawlers finally went to the Hacker Field to get the Medal held by Kaishu. So Kouchu tries to get the Hacker Medal from the gym, using his Crystal Monsters, he was able to defeat the medal holder and get the Medal without any problems. He was revealed to have a repressed pasts.
When the Crystal Brawlers are checking their scores in their CrystalPods, Alan got his score mix up with a glitch when he opens, and the brawlers send him help with the problem that is even meant to fix it, but to make everything for Alan worst when the bugs intrude.
After they spotted Garnet and Emma kissing, the siblings Noah and Steven tries to get Emma to a love triangle when she knows that Sidekick Boy is being cheated on. So Emma agrees with them and tries to work it out. However, Sidekick Boy decided not to be the part of it.
The Crystal Brawlers are going to the Natalie Cup to participate for the first place. The challenge is getting tough for the brawlers when the Natalie Cup is getting in hand with the brawlers and their sports. The episode ends with the fish Crystal Monsters being the winner of the cup.
Kouchu and his friends leaves Natalie Cup to visit islanders of the Natalie Region, so they could learn more about the Natalie industry as tourists. However, the tour of the industry turns into a trick, in which the Crystal Brawlers are forced to hear stories that doesn't make any sense.
As they have enough with the Crystal Brawlers trying to stop them, Marukas creates their own machine, called The Ball Vacuum, to suck all the Crystal Balls with, however, it got automatically destroyed everytime they used it. As the Furious Five began to interfere, the Cheetah Girls already got the job.
During a standoff between the Crystal Monsters and the Cheetah Girls, Roaracryst throws webs towards them that they already ran away from. The Cheetah Girls are afraid of webs, revealed by Roaracryst, he was able to scare them away with them. However, the Cheetah Girls knows Roaracryst's weakness as they fight.
As the Crystal Brawlers are finding Alan's device in the sewer, the slugs began to chase them. The sludge follows Shauna, which it seems so obsessed with, while Shauna has a bad encounter with it. As Shauna decided to put the slugs away, the Crystal Brawlers convinced her to be nice.
As the Crystal Monsters are playing in Shari's laboratory, Shari's files need to be restored when they are deleted from the computer, and with Dustin's and the technician's help, of course, she tries to recover some of it's lost contents that needs to be found. The ending is that it is in someone else's computer.
Kouchu and his friends went to the Kental Mines to find the missing necklace for the housewife to get rewarded the big pearl. The Brawlers eventually entered the Kental Mines only to find out that they are stuck inside. In order to get back outside, the Brawlers must climb the wedged rocks.
The Crystal Brawlers have noticed a new threat coming from underground. It is the devil coming from the red ocean to come after the Crystal Balls. The devil terrorizes the islands, when the brawlers see that, they prepare themselves for the big action of the Crystal Monsters. The devil is mostly powerful.
The Devil terrorizes the islands, and as he managed to transform in a lot of ways, the Crystal Brawlers continues to fight them. With Noah and Steven with their Crystal Monsters are sitting down from the battle weak, the rest are standing to get through Devil's transformations and his powers.
The Crystal Brawlers began to use their transformations to get through the Devil as he tries to outwit the Brawlers himself. Devil terrorizes the islands, while Kouchu have an urge to use Rottobigin to get the Devil defeated. Rottobigin have appeared in battle to fight the devil with the merged form.
The Devil terrorizes the islands while the brawlers with lots of help, attempt to bring the giant down. The Devil was impossible to bring down with Crystal Monsters in their normal forms. So Kouchu and his friends have convinced the other Crystal Brawlers to fight within all of their might.

After seeing both Crystal Brawlers kissing, Sidekick Boy knows Emma and Garnet are dating and quickly got jealous, so Sidekick Boy threatens to fight with Sidekick Boy for stealing his girlfriend. However, Emma attempts to stop the fight between Sidekick Boy and Garnet as she was told from her friends to choose.
Sidekick Boy sues Garnet for "stealing" Emma, so they fought. Emma stopped the fight so they have paired the temporary "love triangle".
When Emma is torn between two of her lovers, Garnet tries to impress Emma, while Sidekick Boy, still angry with him, competes against Garnet for Emma's confessions. However, he gets too competitive when Garnet planned a best date of her life, in which results that Emma chose to go to him.
The song is formed by Sidekick Boy for Emma, to compete with Garnet, while Garnet gets her poets and flowers. Emma decided to stop the fight between the two, knowing that Sidekick Boy was now a jerk to her and decided to go with Garnet because of his romantic nature.
The Medal Holder named Kaikuja, was captured with her Crystal Monsters from the Furious Five, and she wanted help from the Crystal Brawlers. Kouchu gets his 11th medal from the medal holder when she is saved by him from the Furious Five, their plan was interrupted by the Cheetah Girls again.
When the Crystal Brawlers finally got the 11th Medal, they went to the sacred cave in the Fubaki Region. The brawlers finds the Z-Balls in the cave located at the north of the Natalie region, while being chased by monsters who have owned the Z Balls. At the end, the Brawlers gave them back after Shari's expedition.
Shauna's jokes is the source of the brawler's annoyance, so they told her to "shut up", and decided to get the effects to not hear her. As things get complicated between them, the Brawlers try to find a way to reverse the effect once Shauna cannot speak. Everything went back.
The Crystal Brawlers are chasing after the electric Crystal Monster in which he self destructs, causing the whole electricity to pop out. The lights gets off around town, and the brawlers have to find the very source of the problem around the city to figure out as they find the problem.
Roaracryst discovers dinosaur bones with the brawlers, while getting chased by possessed Dinomites. Kouchu and Roaracryst snapped them out of control by getting them off of their collars. However, the controller of the Dinomites began to attack them, in which it resulted in them getting arrested by the police boys.
When they learn that the beach is full of gems listening to the library books, the Brawlers went to the beach. The brawler goes to the beach to spot gems. In order to know more about the gems, the brawlers collect gems for Shari's research. Meanwhile, the Marukas are up to something...
Something is wrong with Roaracryst when he figures out he is acting odd because of his energy. As the Crystal Brawlers went to the hospital to check on him, it is because of the disease he is struggling with. However, Roaracryst got back together after Kouchu have finally found cures.
When the Crystal Brawlers are away for the road trip, the worms appear inside of their shelter. Worms invades the brawlers' property and ended up stealing all of their stuff for the money. But then, the Crystal Brawlers began to track down the thief of their own stuff which they got back.
As Ichigo is angry at Kouchu for breaking his promise, she gets eventually kidnapped by Red Kouchu for Hunter Grain to get the Crystal Balls. Red Kouchu returns with his plans in order to get rid of his original counterpart Kouchu. Kouchu went over to the rescue to save Ichigo.
Kouchu arrives at Red Kouchu's lair to get the Crystal Balls back. Kouchu rescues Ichigo from the evil Red Kouchu in order to get her back from the angered truth for forgiveness. As Ichigo was saved by Kouchu, they made up and both have shared their very first kiss to each other.
Kouchu gets the Medal of Life in order to participate in the Natalie Tournament.
