The Tikis face the Cold Kings on the Marais circuit and discover it populated by the terrible Lionuphares! Enki is confronted with his ignorance of this animal and decides to go alone into the jungle in search of a bird that has the secret that allows him to escape these carnivorous plants. Corto, discovering Enki's plan, rushes to his rescue with Oro.
Destabilized by the superiority of the Solar Twins and her captain for whom she has a big crush, Corto tries to find a technical solution to improve Maroro's power. She discovers an Aqua relic that allows her to increase the power of Oro. Despite Enki’s warnings, Corto and Oro let themselves be taken in by the power of this mysterious object… which will endanger Oro’s life but also those on the track.
Following sabotage against the Tikis during training, the Pirates are accused of cheating and find themselves suspended from the competition. Persuaded that they are the victims of prejudices concerning their people of the Shores of Shores, Mouse decides to support them despite Corto's incomprehension. The pilot decides to go investigate the Toiles circuit to prove to Mouse that she is wrong. But the Mirages are actually behind the sabotage and Corto will sacrifice his race victory to be reconciled with his friend.
Corto blew up Maroro during a race but to find the missing piece to repair it the Tikis must travel to Paroa, a very dangerous underground market in Grattes-Rivage. Mouse, as Shore Scraper, serves as their guide, but Corto, too sure of herself, blunders until she bet Oro against the missing piece. If Corto loses the race, she will lose her Genie ...
When Enki is the only one not invited to a party, he resolves to try to be more 'normal'. But his attempts at fitting in cause him to forget the race against Team Siren.
Whale's main competitor, Gavinda Teach, pays a visit to her team, the Mirages. Following a catastrophic training session, she convinces Corto that Teach Tech is superior to Whale's genies.
Big Moe, Mouse's dad who discovered his daughter was racing drones, traveled to Whale Island in an attempt to bring her home. Mouse will have to assert herself in front of her father and prove to him that she has a place in the competition.
The race of the day will exceptionally pit three teams against each other: the Tikis, the Sirens and the Tao Twins, who will have to recover a totem hidden on the Toiles circuit. Convinced that Sun and Corto will team up against her, Mina decides to create discord between the two lovers in order to disrupt their race and win the bet.
Stuck by a storm, the Tikis and Mirages must spend the night in the circuit of the Manor. Following the appearance of ghosts, Corto and Mouse are convinced that the mansion is haunted. But Enki discovers it is a prank of the Mirages to destabilize them before the race. Problem: The Mirages used a Teach Tech device that crashed the whole circuit and the mechanical creatures went crazy putting everyone in danger.
Power failure on Ile Blanche means that the competition may be suspended indefinitely. But Corto, who has no time to waste to save his island, decides to go with his team in search of an Aqua crystal that would allow them to re-energize the entire island. The Tikis travel to an old Aqua base where Oro will discover the secret of part of his origins ...
The Tikis face off against the Starfish on the Candy Shop circuit. Corto lets himself be self-conscious about the media success of the Starfish and gravely upsets Oro. On the circuit a technical incident causes the exchange of Oro with Genius, the Genius of the Starfish. Impossible to put them in their place! The Tikis will therefore have to race with the impossible Genius and Oro with the Starfish. But Oro intends to take revenge for Corto's words and prove to him that he can win the race even when he is in another team!
Jealous of Mouse's admiration for Team Pirates Max, Corto publicly questions the legend that Max defeated the terrible Kumo, the largest of the Titan spiders. Max then proves unable to prove the truth of her story and is considered a liar. Even his team turns their backs on him. Embarrassed, Corto decides to do everything to help Max restore his reputation.
Victoria receives a visit from her mother who questions Mina's place as pilot and leader on the Sirens squad. The Tikis will face the team in a special race: a race under the completely wacky rules of the Maelstrom elites. Corto does not take this event seriously before realizing that all these codes governing the race are very difficult to remember and master. That's when she receives unexpected help from Mina. The latter having at heart to recover his place against Victoria.
In the next race, the Tikis will have to team up with the Mirages. And even worse: Corto will have to fly in sync with Hannah or else he will miss his race. Despite Mouse's intensive coaching, the two girls are unable to get along. Meanwhile, Adam takes the opportunity to snoop around the Tikis and learn more about Genie technology. What if this is the perfect opportunity for them to kidnap Oro?
Enki discovers old records of Whale participating in drone races. The video goes viral in the hive and everyone decides to confront Whale. But Corto discovers that his mentor is far from on top with his old rusty drone. She is afraid he will make a fool of himself in the race against the droners. But Whale, Neptune, and their old drone Moby have more than one trick up their sleeve.
Mouse wants to race in the Shore Scrubber's challenge, but it's at the exact same time as Team Tiki's next race!
Shark brags that he's the three-time winner of Paroa's Courier Trophy, so Corto challenges him to a race.
After Corto pays her a compliment, Debbie becomes obsessed with Corto and even quits the Starfish to support her.
Corto and Sun are excited when their teams get to work together for a relay race, but Monk gets jealous of all the attention his brother is paying Corto.
After Team Mirage breaks into Wyatt Whale's office and steals a baby G.E.N.I.E., the baby escapes and hides among the Tikis.

The Tikis qualify for the grand finale race against the Tao Twins and the Mirages, but Gavinda Teach decides to come visit.
