In Mississippi Public Broadcasting's newest health initiative, Fit to Eat, Chef Rob Stinson shares his techniques for combining fresh, healthy ingredients using Mississippi’s wealth of agricultural resources. As Mississippi leaders work to combat the state’s obesity and health problems, MPB has teamed up with Stinson, a Mississippi Gulf Coast restaurateur, to bring healthy cooking instruction right into the homes of MPB TV viewers.
