Awesome episode...
Worth rewards for rewatch...
This episode... basically, it's a comic version of Rashomon. At least, that's how I remember it...
Possibly the best episode so far although I feel like it would have worked better if they had used the other ghosts to reveal his cousins treachery rather than Thomas being able to suddenly put it all together in implausible detail. He was obviously using creative license to imagine things like his cousin burning his letter in the fire but if someone like Kitty had a crush on his cousin she might have followed him around and seen everything he did even if she didn't put it together because she's Kitty. For the most part the episode was a great use of the unreliable narrator and even though I realised Julian's intended speech about "spin" was foreshadowing, it was mostly worked beautifully.
This lot have really grown on me. Found myself really looking forward to the next episode
Their backstories are so sad :(((( I wonder if one day we are gonna see one of them “moving on” or “getting sucked off”
Very bittersweet episode, to me one of the best this season
