With the South West Acrobatic Championships fast approaching, the Acro squads are working hard to overcome injury and finesse their routines.
Meanwhile, Amelie and Phoebe have been selected to represent Great Britain at the Junior European Championships in Glasgow, so they are off to Lilleshall for some intensive training with the rest of the team.
It's the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Glasgow where the best gymnasts in Europe are battling it out for a place on the podium. Amelie and Phoebe are representing GB along with teammates Ondine, Halle and Annie and have a tough battle on their hands if they hope to win a medal
All over England the artistic boys are preparing for the National Championships. Ekraj has been selected for the South West team and is hoping to perform his very best to help win the team a medal. But he also has his sights set on a place at the GB training squad in Lillishall, so the pressure is on to make an impression for his individual performances.
Meanwhile, it is first day for Dove and Fin, who are joining their friend and Acro teammate Grace at Circus School.
The trampoline British Championships are looming and best friends Talia and Theo are getting prepared. Talia’s feeling confident but Theo is struggling with nerves. Talia takes Theo to the funfair to help take his mind off his worries and calm him down before the big event
- but is that enough to make for a good performance at the competition? And how will Talia get on?
Trampoline gymnast Corey is back at the trampoline British Championships. He won the title of British champion for his age group last year but he has moved up and is now the youngest in his category. However, Corey is not one to let a small point of being one of the youngest in his group hold him back, and he is determined to prove he has the skills for a spot on the podium.
Meanwhile, acrobatic gymnastic partners Finn and Kirsten have been invited to showcase their talents to some younger gymnasts and hand out medals at the annual awards ceremony
With the South West Championships looming for the acro squad, two partnerships are determined to put on a top performance. It's the first time Harry and George will be competing since George broke his arm and was told he would never be able to do gym again. And the squad’s newest partnership Dove and Nyree are determined to prove they are ready to take on the world - but first they need to find some leotards!
Meanwhile, Olympic medallist Luke Strong takes on the trampolinists in the Gym Stars challenge.
It's the Youth Olympic Games in Argentina and Amelie has been selected as the only female artistic gymnast to represent Great Britain. Great news for Amelie but this means she will be leaving best friend and training partner Phoebe behind. However, Phoebe is her number one supporter and is busy making sure Amelie gets the send-off she deserves.

With just a week to go until the British Championships, the Rhythmic team are struggling to learn a complicated new routine for the competition. But a surprise visit from a Rhythmic celebrity goes a long way to lift the girls' spirits. Back at the artistic gym everyone is looking forward to welcoming Amelie back from the Youth Olympics. And it's a jumping test of strength and stamina as Dom Cunningham and Joe Fraser go head to head with Corey and Luke in the Gym Stars challenge.
The Rhythmic squad have been training hard for an important competition, but disaster strikes when one of the team is struck down with an injury, and the chance for the girls even making it to the competition is looking unlikely. And things aren't going so well for trampoline gymnast Corey, who is struggling to make anything go right at his training camp at Lilleshall.

Meanwhile, Acro duo Dylan and Lola join the Acro squad for their first big international competition in Portugal where the team take on the mighty Russian team!
Acro gymnast George has had enough of people misunderstanding his sport so decides to give a presentation to his classmates at school to let them know what it’s really like to be a world class acrobatic gymnast. Trampoline gymnast Corey returns home from the World Championships in Russia and the gym holds a mini ‘World Champs’ competition to celebrate his success.
And James and Ekraj spend some time together out of the gym where they talk about the British Championships which is just weeks away.
It's the Artistic British Championships and the juniors are up on day one. Alice is competing for the first time at junior level and faces strong competition as she is up against Amelie and Phoebe’s teammates from the European championships.
All seems to be going OK until she is struck by a severe case of nerves and it looks as though her competition is in jeopardy.
Meanwhile, Ekraj is late for podium training and doesn’t seem very focussed on the competition, while teammate James is looking strong but now has to help coach Karen get Ekraj back on track.

In the final episode of the series, Amelie and Phoebe face their most daunting experience yet - for the first time ever they are competing as seniors, which means they are up against their gymnastic heroes and the competition will be tough!
Phoebe has a new move on the parallel bars that she is is hoping to pull off, while Amelie is going to perform her new floor routine. With such strong competition, will the girls be able to hold their nerve and make an impression in their first British as seniors? Back in the gym, Nile Wilson has the results of another equally important competition - the Gym Stars Challenge. Will Nile and his celebrity mates have beaten the Gym Stars – or will the Gym Stars come out on top? Nile has the famous envelope with the results inside.
