In the first part of the trip, Eftychis explores the capital Bogota with its beautiful historic center and colorful markets. It also goes to the iconic Montserrat mountain with the monastery, which takes its name from the mountain of Catalonia we saw in a previous episode. Taste local specialties such as a very special soup with four types of potatoes and meat cooked in a strange traditional way. Finally, he goes to the small town of Zipakira where he enters the earth in an old salt mine and admires the impressive "Cathedral of Salt".
