This season is insane or I hadn't watched Daredevil from so long that I forgot how thrilled it was! And each death every episode leaves me like... jesus this actually can be happening right now and probably is.. like that's hoy powerful people messes with everyone and manipulates them. It got me thinking a lot and it's so fucking sad. Out of all Marvel shows I think I also like this one the more because of that... it's the most real one.

Would hate to get out of the shower and see Dex in my living room. The beginning of the episode was insane too.

I'm just so surprised of how good of a character they've been able to create for this season, I like Ray so much. And Dex is also a very well-handled character. I'm really Impressed

Fisk is in charge.

Things are heating up now. Just as Matt edges closer to Fisk, he learns that he has to go save Karen. That just sums up how Matt's seek for Fisk has gone throughout the entire show really. He's always getting close but not close enough. It's frustrating him; so much so that he has a 'vision' of Wilson Fisk being brutally beaten by the hands of himself. Matt has also just found out that Sister Maggie is his mother, so it's an understatement to say Matt isn't going through the greatest of times right now.

This episode was good, but was definitely a set-up type episode. It was well directed and tense, but you could take out a lot of the actual events from this episode without it affecting the bigger picture...however, it did a marvellous job in both showing just how much power Fisk has and providing deeper insight to sister Maggie and father Lantom, as well as growing the character of Rahul Nadeem, who was particularly interesting this episode.

The opening was phenomenal, the ending was exciting and what was in between was fairly solid.

Whyyy did it take me so long to watch this season????? This is one of the best efforts from Marvel ever.

Isn't that a bit creepy how Matt's father just took a teenage aspiring nun back home like that ?

Matt's obviously dealing with a lot here, but he's really an asshole too. Not a second to think about the other people's circumstances and feelings, being Maggie or Father Luntom.

Called it that Nadeem's boss was dirty, and what a great scene to reveal it. We also finally see the full size of Fisk's control, nice. Not only the full FBI meeting with people under his control, but also the whole operation where he just gets out and negotiate with the other crime bosses. Now how dirty will Nadeem be willing to get ?

Again, Karen's putting other people in danger. Was wondering whether Maggie would have to die not that she's been revealed as his mother.

Cliffhanger: save Karen, or kill Fisk ? Yeah, no, not cliffhanger, obviously save Karen, but that must be pretty enraging.

"I don't want Dex's eggs to get cold."
This could sound awkward...

This was simply GREAT! They finally said it... "Kingpin"

Every time Maggie says “Matthew” it brings me Elektra flashbacks. Damn, I miss that woman. He needs her right now. COME BACK!

Good episode. Really good for the Fisk fans.

I CALLED IT! Well, didn't exactly expect like half a dozen corrupt FBI agents, but... Damn. His influence over the city, even while being in jail, is IMMENSE. And the codename drop was timed and done perfectly, great little tie-in for those who've read the comics. This season has been outstanding, can't wait to see the showdown!

I read a book while watching this episode and I missed nothing at all...

Matt confronts the Priest about knowing that Sister Maggie was his mother. Ray goes to see his boss at her house and an FBI supervisor and when he tells her what he knows about Fisk, she shoots the supervisor and has it framed on Ray through a tape recorder. Ray works under Fisk now. Dex comes by Ray's place and uses him to try and find Daredevil. Karen see Sister Maggie and the nun tells Karen the truth about her life and offers Karen shelter hiding from Fisk. Matt goes to his old boxing gym to train and thinks of his father. Ray lures Matt into a trap to meet with Fisk and Dex but Daredevil never shows. Matt overhears that the FBI have found Karen at the church and Fisk wants her dead. The fact that the FBI now have a codename for Fisk, "Kingpin," made this episode even more enjoyable.

The start of this episode was so awesome.
100% did not see it coming.

Fisk's whole plan seems to rely in buying or corrupting every FBI officer and agent of the law while offering that same protection to his adversaries. Unexpected given his circunstancies and very bold for a man incarcerated not long ago, yes, but hardly something that has never been done.

This episode made history for the entire Daredevil show, it ups its level exponentially XD
