Jose Mourinho's Chelsea face a tough trip to their London neighbours West Ham, who have been one of the surprise packages this season. The Hammers were beaten 2-0 by the Blues earlier this campaign at Stamford Bridge and will be hoping to put on a better showing in front of their own supporters. Defending champions Manchester City host Leicester for the first time in the league in 11 years.
Elsewhere, there's another London derby as Arsenal travel to QPR, Newcastle host Manchester United at St James' Park, Tottenham face Swansea, Liverpool are at home to Burnley and Everton visit Stoke. There will also be highlights from Tuesday's three matches.
