After watching the Super Numtum show, Little Sandy decides she wants to fly just like Super Numtum. She asks Larry for help but he tells her that Numpups can't fly as you need wings that can flap to fly. Not put off, Little Sandy builds some flappable wings. When they don't help her to fly she builds even bigger wings but she still can't take off. Will she ever get to fly? Meanwhile on The Adventures of Super Numtum, Fluffy plans to use her big balloon of badness to spread her naughtiness to the whole world! But what goes up - has to come down!
