The Numtums are planning a surprise 'We love Humpty Do party', but Humpty Do accidentally crashes into the party preparations and the Numtums have to start again. When no one will play with him he thinks it is because he is clumsy so signs up to Billy and Larry's 'School of Cool' to learn the three rules of cool: the move, the voice and the look.
Meanwhile, Fluffy plans to take over the world with the help of Trixie, the rubber ducky and her husky quack. Fluffy knows Trixie is the third ducky, but which one is that?
