Fearless bandit A.T. Sam Jose sends a note stating he will rob the train of a gold shipment. Ricochet Rabbit and Deputy Droop-a-long are asked to guard the gold to it's destination.
The Mumbleweeds have been outlaws for generations and Daddy Mumbleweed is giving on the job training to his dimwitted son.
The Cactus Kid disguises himself as a baby left on the doorstep to rob the safe Ricochet Rabbit and Deputy Droop-a-long are guarding inside.
Ricochet gets a letter from a young widow that has been kidnapped by notorious bad guy Rocky Rattler. He and deputy Droop-a-long intend to rescue her.
A film crew comes to town to tape a western. They need to cast a bank robber and Ricochet offers up Bullhead Buller who is locked up in his jail for that very crime. Instead of keeping to the script Bullhead decides to take the money and run. It's up to Ricochet Rabbit to capture Bullhead and return the money to the bank.
Buzzard Bates breaks out of prison and informs Ricochet he is coming after him and will be on the noon train. He shows up disguised as a woman and immediately robs the local bank. Although Ricochet knows the woman is Buzzard Bates in disguise his chivalry keeps getting in the way.
Dastardly Dolton is wanted for suspicion of multiple crimes.. Ricochet has been frustrated that they have no evidence to charge him when his name suddenly shows up on the truancy list from the local schoolmarm.
A wealthy sheep ranch owner leaves town for a spell and asks Ricochet to watch for El Loco Lobo, a sheep rustler who is in the area.
Half-Pint Peto is a tiny outlaw with a need to prove something to his fellow outlaws. He decides to do something big so he steals an elephant from the circus. Ricochet is soon on his way to capture the pint-sized pachyderm pilferer.
A mild-mannered gentleman checks into the local hotel. Once inside he changes into a Ricochet Rabbit disguise and goes on a robbery spree. Ricochet must capture him and prove to the townspeople that the holdups are done by an impersonator.
