I support Archie/Betty, so I loved the final sequence, but damn, my favourite scene of this episode has got to be Alice confronting F.P. at Pop's. My god, the sexual tension between those two is hot! I mean, was that F.P. suggesting Alice to leave Hal, her husband?! There's history between those two, and I can't wait until it's finally revealed.
I knew it would happen sooner or later, but I'm not ready for Archie/Betty/Veronica love triangle.

How does Archie go from supportive "There's no pressure for you to say I love you back" boyfriend to a whiny little brat because she still didn't say it literally in the same scene 0.2 seconds apart?
I had forgotten about Archie and Veronica's musical ambitions until that uncomfortable karaoke. Why won't the writers let the music plotline die.
Too much soap opera again, with Jughead's monologue telling us that he knows way too much about Archie and Veronica's private lives. Not that they're keeping it particularly private themselves while at school, of course. Still, I really don't want to know how Jughead knows the specifics of what he knows, so I'll just assume that he's a creepy voyeur and leave it at that. And things were only made worse by the fact that, this time around, the soap opera silliness also included having Betty act both stupid and trashy (at the same time) in the process in some monumentally misguided attempt to make herself a part of Jughead's new-ish life. And they found time to slip in a little bit more of Cheryl's developing obsession with Josie for good measure, as well. On the mystery side of things, we learn that what appeared to be clumsy attempts at misdirection on the part of the writers in the past when it came to the high school janitor were just that: clumsy attempts. In short, we got a lot of bad soap opera combined with nothing in the way of advancement on the mystery front (beyond being able to take the janitor out of consideration, which was already pretty obvious). Next week is the Fall finale. I can only hope that things rebound in a big way because this was just a terrible episode.

Everything they show about the Serpents is really cringey. They're trying to do a serious and scary motorcycle club, but it's PG-13 as hell. Gangs don't let you join and leave at the drop of a hat. They would never throw a party for someone leaving the club. All of this is so stupid.
Why is Toni a bartender? She's in high school. That's illegal. Then again, they are criminals...
So this happened both in the last episode and this one and I just want to ask: who the fuck takes showers at school? Why do they keep taking showers at school? Other than an excuse to see the actresses in nothing but a towel, of course.
Also yeah I know Jughead is the narrator and all that but there's no way in hell he should know that much about Archie and Veronica's love life. That was just weird.
I don't love the black hood thing as much as the murder last season but it's still enjoyable.
I got scared of the Black Hood, because I felt like a sinner after watching this episode. My heart also broke at the end.
Why is cheryl suddenly so obssessed with josie? Cause she saved her? Well then, I guess veronica and the other 2 did nothing at all.
What's up with archie being all "I understand and you don't have to say it" gets mad the second she doesn't and goes all passive-aggresive, and after she runs away "It doesn't matter if you don't say". Make up your mind!
Oh and, really?! That's the condition for women to be part of the serpents? I at least expected a much more elaborated dance.
Ps. I like betty and jug, but I kindda wanted archie to fall for her so... yay? Hahaha
