Not a bad episode but it's not really working for me as it should for multiple reasons.
You know instantly it's not the Warden. That's already where the problem begins right at the start.
We just have to assume that Zeller was able to do all the manipulating in less then one hour without knowing the boat.
And concerning the boat, while planing his game he couldn't even be sure that a sub with nukes would come to the prison.
Furthermore, I think Zeller wasn't really frightening. He was just a plain bad villian with no charisma.
