I like Marvel movies/shows and consider myself a bit of a Marvel fan but that doesn't mean I have to hate/dislike DC. However, tbh the DCU feels like a joke to me when compared to the MCU (at least the MCU was pretty consistent up until Endgame where time travel started breaking things). When I watch Crisis on Infinite Earths it remains me of the Avengers but unfortunately it's nothing like it. There doesn't seem to be many inside jokes and interesting interactions between characters who know each other (the "other Oliver" and Sara seemed to be the best they had to offer) and in addition to that the story is absolutely lacking.
Anyway, if one likes DC's superheroes this might be super awesome but it isn't really something for me.
The bad:
The VFX, CGI, and cinematography in general. Some of it is good but overall it feels pretty cheap.
The story. Completely silly IMO. I cannot take it seriously and it doesn't matter to me.
The dialogue. There are a few good lines but unfortunately it feels like most of it is cheesy, unnecessary, wrong/inconsistent/bullshit, etc.
Spoilers. E.g. I wasn't aware of Lyla's development.
The writers continue pushing the crappy Lena story/twist.
The good:
TODO: There gotta be a few good things but I'm having difficulties remembering them.
I get to see Clary Fairchild again :D (But I'd prefer to see her in Shadowhunters where her acting/character also felt better - I like her hair though... xD)
PS: IMO Kate looks much better without the silly Batwoman helmet/mask (/ the whole costume). PPS: I should probably use Arrowverse instead of DCU but then again I don't think it really matters.
