“i would rather barf to death than go to that” kamala stays winning :100:
Well they knocked this out of the bleeping park.
AMY AND JONAH GOT MARRIED. AMY AND JONAH HAD A KID TOGETHER. THEY’RE ALL STILL FRIENDS AFTER THE STORE CLOSED. AHHHH
At least Lena has come back around.
It's not a good sign that the final scene had no impact coz I can't even remember how we left off with the Jeremiah stuff. I thought he was already dead.
Wow, as if the episode wasn't corny enough, they had to go put a pop music track behind a fight scene... SMH...
As others have stated, Lena Luther’s story is supper stupid given they spent so much establish what a great Peterson she is & how different she is.
Oh, it's another supervillain's masterplan to "save" humanity by changing one single thing in human behaviour because that will be the simple solution to everything. I'm so sick of always the same plot...
Is no one else amazed at how James, Nia and especially Kara all have the innate superpower to both save the world AND write complete and fully searched articles for Catco that are delivered on time? No? Just me?
LOL. “...can you believe 3 Luthor’s in the Oval Office...only in America...” hahahah. That’s exactly what trump must’ve said the first day in the Oval Office.
look i really was about to cry, that scene with kara fighting red daughter and alex remembering everything was really beautiful and then alex crying over kara almost dying. but "TAKE THE GRASS"? that was dumb. i'm sorry.
also. brainy? what's going on? jesse rath is an amazing actor, holy smokes, but what. brainy can't do this.
Inspiring indeed! The Dreamer gave the bigots and criminals hell in combat, then told her story to prove them wrong again. They can't win.
that scene between james and nia was beautiful. i liked how the writers slipped it in there that she's a transgender woman and not make a huge thing about it
What a spot on episode. I was thinking this week that it’s 1 year coronaversary. We all seriously need an Alliday party.
Kwame :(((
it’s so important the work the show and michaela are doing in showing how there are different types of assaults and the ways the system can fail victims and also that victims’ feelings are valid. At first I was so impressed at the way the police was so efficient on Arabella’s case but it’s so infuriating the way they treated Kwame.
I’m so glad Zain got a fragment of what he deserved!! And Biago’s reaction was so disappointing!
Fleabag: I don't know what to do with it.
Boo: With what?
FleaBag: With all the love I have for her. Don't know where to put it now.
Boo: I'll take it. No, I'm serious. It sounds lovely. I'll have it. You have to give it to me. It's got to go somewhere.
Boo is the purest thing to ever grace this earth. MY HEART SHATTERS FOR HER WITH EVERY FLASHBACK. UGH!!!
This series is as heartbreaking as it is funny. Loving it so far. Also, Fleabag looking effortlessly and unintentionally flawless on her mother's funeral and trying to make herself look worse is PEAK COMEDY.
I could honestly watch a full show of Olivia Colman being a pretentious, passive-agressive bitch.
omg i loved the whole bit with belinda! i actually would love to know more about her. imagine if we had a show like this one but with belinda as the main heroine :raised_hands:
"Women are born with pain built in." Wow, what a beautiful line (that whole scene was wonderful, too). Such a well-written episode.
(I'm running out of praising superlatives)
Really liked the first season but this first episode of the second already surpasses everything lol. So good! And very happy to see Andrew Scott in it :)
Love the priest - and love how he manages to keep one step ahead of the ghastly Olivia Coleman without really looking like he’s trying.
Man of the Match Award must go to the ironic confession about his brother
Phoebe Waller-Bridge must be protected at all costs.
It takes a lot of skill to execute a scene this long. This is almost an entire episode of a restaurant conversation between several people, and it's very very well done. Very good writing and direction.
This show is so good in showing sad lives of the characters in a way you really feel it, but does it without standard visual or audio queues to ram its point across. Quite refreshing.
Olivia plays a passive aggressive, narcissistic arsehole SO WELL
She got me with the phone, not gonna lie.
