"Your earlobes are thick and chewy, like barnacle meat."
Matsson is such a freak.
Love Shiv taking back control.
Possibly up there as one of the best episodes of the series, definitely the darkest.
Every lie you tell incurs a debt to the truth. Sooner or later the debt is paid
Such an early classic. The ending, with the words "Goodbye. It's been fun working with you" is such a chilling note to end on. This had significance beyond Ms. Paddock (the Devil) escaping victorious as "Die Hand Die Verletzt" was the final episode written by the brilliant James Wong & Glen Morgan who left here...only to return in Season 4 with the famous episode, "Home".
For me, a first time viewer of the show, the re-experience of watching this episode in preparation for my first viewing of "Home" added much to the overall experience. "Die Hand..." is effectively chilling, darkly comedic, thrilling and captivating. Morgan & Wong turn in their best screenplay for the second season and one of their best of the first two seasons (can't comment on the rest yet) and the episode marks Kim Manners, the show's most prolific director, taking up the mantle for the first time. A visually gorgeous episode with a great many emphatic uses of crane shots and extreme close-ups.
"Die Hand Die Verletzt" is one of the finest early episodes.
"What kind of Operating System does it use?"
"It's... Vista."
"We're going to die!"
I love the endings.
What the flip are you looking at? Plopper! Probably my favorite episode. Which is hard to pick, because the entire series is just perfect.
Freeza is awesome, we love to hate him. Finally the freaking tournament will begin next episode!
Squeeze, the show's third episode, was the one that confirmed to me that this was definitely my type of show. It was the first episode I loved and while I have thoroughly enjoyed the ride of the first season since, I haven't quite loved any of the episodes. Until now. Tooms is absolutely fantastic. Eugene Tooms is ridiculously terrifying to me and Doug Hutchinson's performance, particularly in the facial department, is a sight to behold. An unbearably tense episode that works as well as it does because of the lingering threat that Tooms needs only one more victim to sustain himself for the next 30 years.
This fucking episode, man might be the best ever. I'm literally speechless.
So layered, so many call backs to real life politics. Rick/Morty analogues for racerelations. Equal Pay, Globalisation of companies. That whole wafer storyline. Fuck. I need to watch this again. No wonder they gave us two weeks to wait for this. So fucking worth it.
Finally some Evil Morty! A fun watch when you're high. [8]
Hi, I'm Mr Boobie Buyer. I'll buy those boobies for 25 schmekles!
What was this shit? 100% trash, unwatchable!!!
In a show with so many characters, one of the most emotional deaths was the guy with one word of dialogue. That's why Game of Thrones is so great.
I REALLY don't get why most people didn't like it. In my opinion it really worked quite neatly
Oh man, I seriously like that Penguin! That scene at the end was brutal.
Nygma's play is really good acting. He's impressive.
And Penguin too.
This Wrath of the Villains is amazing.
Movie was entertaining, but the story was too unoriginal and predictable. Too much cheesy Disney humor and too many plotholes for my taste.
Absolutely disappointing rehash of the first trilogy. Disney had a real opportunity to do something new and exciting with this ipr but resorted to rushed writing with an extremely compressed story that makes no sense and fails to make anyone care for the characters or events. Emo Kylo is an outstanding metaphor for the whole deal.
Brad Dourif absolutely kills it in this episode. Such an amazing actor.
one of my favorite episodes of the first season. Brad Dourif!!
Mr. Freeze? ;) . . .
I died laughing when the girls are running to freedom and the guard comes out and is like "NOPE..." and walks back in lol
It wasn't that funny - I was laughing at people laughing at it more than the actual movie. Some of the animation is amazing though and there were a couple of genuinely funny moments. Most of it was dull and predictable. I prefer Inside Out than this movie.
Poor movie, many times the graphics look like an amateur film
The final it's so bad...
"happiness Only Real When Shared"
Best ending quote ever heard in movies

Great Movie, 8/10, didn't read the book which it's based, but anyway, is a dramatic and very emotional road movie, and kinda sad. if you are an art-house movie buff, you will certainly like it
