Includes people of the Americas with Amerindian descent including Brazilians, because not counting them as "Latino" just because they're people of Amerindian descent who don't speak the right Romance language seems pretty stupid to me.
Excludes non-Mestizo/Pardo/mixed Portuguese and Hispanic/Spaniard people. Spaniards and Portuguese people are included in the European (Latin/Romance) list.
Latinos who are more "indigenous" will be included here and also in their own list for Indigenous/Minority Americans (as in "People of the Americas", not people from the USA).
