Didn't even see a dick: 3/10
Why is this, episode part of season 3 on D+? Matter of fact, a lot 9f it is messed up.
Rip. Only one or two truly standout episodes, but I’ll always love The Shadow, and I’ve had many of the songs on repeat for the three years this show had. It was perfectly pleasant and comfortable to watch
awesome show. nice to see representation on tv. it's also very funny show.
Funny and love how the women support each other.
Refreshing from your typical tv shows.
Definitely series i would recommend to watch.
There's the occasional good episode in here, but this first season borders on unwatchable at times and shows no hint of the ambition and storytelling that would come later. Very basic plots, and the characters are simplistic.
The voice actors all do good jobs though, and while the animation isn't as good as it will later get the visuals are still strong. The Clone characters are the most interesting even at this stage, but they aren't quite being given enough to do.
At the end of the day it's a kids show and a lot of this is forgivable with that mindset.
A pretty thoughtful and sensitive episode, refreshing for the show
I continue to like what this show is trying to do. What it's actually DOING, though, is often a bit more painful to watch. And on a slightly more serious note, I'm getting annoyed by the absence of Shaw and Chuck.
WTH happened to this show?!?
It has gotten so much dumber since Violet became Khan. It makes no sense for Khan's followers to accept her as leader. She's not a charismatic speaker, she's not intimidating, she has always been a thief so she has no sense of loyalty or ideology to unite the people under her.
What just happened. Those twists make no sense at all. Did they fire all the writers & outsourced it?
Linda knows what Krav Maga is, there was a whole early episode about it, and wasn't the studio next door?
Totally didn’t end how I thought, where there’d only be a few bucks in the gift card.
The production value on this is visablly fucking insane. What a gorgeous show.
And with only 2 episodes out I am already hooked like haven't been by a show in a long time.
EDIT after full first season:
Damn, I'm disappointed right now. It started off so well with the first episode. But with each passing episode it felt more like two different shows. One on Trantor about Empire. Which was fucking amazing science fiction and mesmerizing to watch. But also one on Terminus about the Foundation itself. Which felt like a cheap SyFy spinoff in the same universe. Very bizarre.
Still an entertaining watch throughout but it could have been so much better.
BTW. I haven't read the books.
