I just LOVE how so many people are butthurt by this episode. Just goes to show how much this is still needed in our world. This was a masterpiece in storytelling.
I don't care, I like it, I'm watching it.
The combination of extreme realism and violent digital cinematography makes this an otherworldly unsettling experience unlike anything else. I am amazed and disturbed.
There's no way they could top the first.
...but then they did
This nonsense needs to stop.
Too many diehards giving their "critical" review after being butthurt it doesn't exactly match their expectations. Take their reviews with a grain of salt.
If you go into the show and just ENJOY it for everything it offers, then you will not be disappointed. I've already fallen in love with the characters and the amazing scenery. The acting is on par and the budget is as expected for Amazon!
The only complaint I have is that the orc seemed a bit OP, like fr they didn't seem that strong from the movies, but I digress. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed so far and can't wait to see where it goes!
Meh, I expected more. I guess we should not believe in everything the critics say.
Incredible that after 19 years the Unbreakble triology has ended. A dark, but enjoyable Superhero movie. We had the Unbreakable (2000) origin story, the Split (2017) origin story and now the ending with a focus on Mr Glass.
I think (i'm not sure) James McAvoy got way more screen time than the rest, but could you blame them? He plays the multi parts really good and it was enjoyable to see him on screen with his personas from Split once again. Doesn't take away that everyone did a great job as well.
These 3 movies shows us that superhero movies don't have to resolve about action, explosions and a happy ending. The movie had some good twists.
Two episodes in and I’m already convinced by the end of the season this will be regarded in the same vein as GOT, Chernobyl, and Breaking Bad are one of the best shows there ever was. This is some seriously impeccable television.
I was properly blown away by this episode. The performances are deeply heartfelt. The music is not only great, it is incredible well placed. There's even a brilliantly executed long take in there. I'm overjoyed to immerse myself in this world every week.
Miguel!!! Miles!! The other miles!!! Peter B. Parker!! Why is everyone so hot???!!!
It's the art style and animation for me. Different from all the other Pixar inspired animated movies from the triple A productions out there. It's like this one has it's own identity, its own brand and feel.
In terms of the movie itself, its pretty different from the first one, but at the same time, tries to follow the rhythm the first movie set. The multiverse concept is picture perfect, the characters just class. 9.
Surprise! It's a 2 parter. Can't wait for part 2- "Beyond The Spiderverse" soon enough
It wasn't as terrible as the rest of the season, but I'm honestly just glad it's over.
I don't think I have to say that his episode was amazing, like all of the episodes. Like the whole series is. And this episode gave us another awesome reunion of already many others this season. And that "dinner" scene was amazing!
I'm gonna comment here before season 1 ends. This is the best SW content on Disney+ streaming service better than Mandalorian, especially the horrible Kenobi series and the bad/mediocore BOBF.
I said I wouldn't continue watching this, then I read it was ending and I thought oh hell why not... Regretting that now. It's kind of crazy to think about TWD as a whole... It was absolutely, painfully obvious in season 7-8 they were setting up Morgan being killed to push Rick to victory over Negan, but then something changed, someone got greedy and saw an opportunity to swap his death for Carl's, and ended up ruining both shows. If I knew they saved Morgan then to become... this... I never even would've continued watching FTWD. What an absolute shitshow this has turned into.
Man, f**k this show. The whole season and no reveal about why they're running and what they did. This show is not even close to being interesting enough to pull that off. It's just 7 episodes of a family running and hiding from various people. That's it...
This has the be the weirdest attempt at woke entertainment I've ever seen. Brutally bad
Fantastic! Show, you did it again Marvel.
If you a fetish for JCVD's splits, you are gonna be here for some treat. Or maybe for some neverending erection.
Incredibly bad movie.
This is a new season, please do not be fooled! The beginning shows flashbacks from and older season. Now, Morgan's daughter (the crying baby in the background) has grown up to a kid.
i liked it a lot back then and still do. jcvd :-)
There are no words to describe how bad this movie is. It‘s a cult classic for its wooden acting, corny dialogue, cheap special effects, ridiculous fight scenes and gathering of talentless actors. Oh I guess there are words after all.
