Just feels like lazy writing that Lucy is now flirting with a lawyer who she didn’t get along with at first. It’s like they are just redoing the Angela and Wesley relationship all over again.
When fans have just wanted Lucy and Tim together for awhile now. I saw it a mile away Lucy would start dating the Lawyer as soon as they first met.
Happy Nyla is a blast.
(And not everyone wants Lucy and Tim together, I prefer them as a brother/sister dynamic).

Why is this more Trek than today's "real" Trek ? Because, although they are reheating old TNG stories, they are telling them about all the crew. Not just centered around one individiuum. This is an ensemble show. Everyone get's his share. Some more than others but that is true to most shows anyway. The writers are building up characters so that, when something is happening to them, you actually feel with them. There is emotional investment that is created over time.
And because they deal with social issues even if they are very much in your face. But it works for me. I can't remember a show displaying smoking so blatantly.
Of course it's always nice to see fellow ST actors. And, coming back to the story, I kinda suspected Laura would turn out to be a distant relative of Gordon. Would have probably a bit too much.
I really had to stop and write a comment about my favourite 3 lettered word, WTF , does it really mean Wireless Telecommunications Facility? :P That cracked the hell out of me laughing XDD
On the other hand, I really feel bad about Gordan, he is so lonely.
WOW this was a good episode. I loved everything about it. Truly one of the best episodes this season next to Alara's exit.
Probably the most beautiful episode of anything you could ever watch. What a masterpiece of show The Orville has become.

The horse thing is dumb, and one of those infamous 'Lost questions that are never really answered but also do you honestly care about the answer' situations.
I like how Michael's "checking out the hardware" is just squeezing the wires. As if that would give you any kind of information.
Such an emotionally powerful episode, and even though the show does give you so many reasons to hate Ana Lucia, it still does a good job explaining why she is the way she is.

Lost is a masterpiece of story telling and character work.
I adore how they made this 40's thing look like something by Orson Welles... although, definitely, shorter shots. Just having watched the opening sequence of Touch of Evil a few days ago, then watching this, made my brain trigger haha.
This is just getting more and more delightful. The scene in the shop totally cracked me up.

Dunno why so many people dislike this episode. This is Lucifer at its best for me, when its not leaning on the (mostly stupid) overarching story too much.
Yes it is a filler, that doesn’t mean filler episodes can’t be entertaining.
I for one really enjoyed this episode. I go apeshit for noir episodes in general and this was no exception. I loved it when Castle did it, when Fringe did it, when iZombie and Agents of SHIELD did it, and I thought Lucifer did a great job with it as well. It was so fun to see the cast take on different characters. Aimee Garcia as a mob boss was a particularly inspired idea, but they were all brilliant. I was once again blown away by Lesley-Ann Brandt's pipes. And in the end it's not like it wasn't connected to the main storyline, it did have a payoff in the form of Maze locating Lilith and I'm sure it'll have repecussions later on.
Loved this episode. It is something different from what we have been watching, but it did not bother me at all. Great storytelling performance. Awesome writing. The director did an incredible job and Joe Montegna was incredible. It is one of those episodes which you will always remember.
Talking about the story. It never gives itself away. I thought about at least 7 ways the episode was going to end, and I was even close. The mystery. The suspension. It made me not be able to take my eyes off screen for even a second.
This episode must be the reason why the Trakt developers chose "Totally ninja!" for the 10 rating :sweat_smile:

I knew right away Simon would be the one to die. Afterwards I realized he is probably the only character I liked.
As a diehard old school trekkie, I have fully fallen for this show. This episode is the best so far, and wonderfully written. Just had to throw my +1 in there for everyone saying this show is better Trek than all the newer Treks.
This was a good episode. Really good but it could have been great. They needed to do more with the Borg. They built up Seven connecting to the cube and activating the Borg then squat. Once the Borg were activated space vacuum should not have killed them. They long ago fixed that issue. I don't even think they would have all gotten sucked out. Maybe they'll show them being beamed back aboard.
