to boring for a ghost story, some good interpretations, a twist that comes out of nowhere and that´s it... 6/10
I enjoyed this, way better than I had been led to believe
I don't usually like Seth Rogen, but he did really good in this.
This movie is made to show off Arnolds muscles. But it is fun to watch.
Bad acting, bad story. Not worth watching.
well, this one is inreverse... an asian remake of an american movie ^^
The worst movie I've ever seen... Just terrible movie!
One of the most iconic sound tracks of any movie ever.
Yep, the dutch are crazy.
Based on the Elf Steden Tocht of 1963.

Watched this on a flight. Good cast, awful movie.
Maybe my least favorite Tarantino movie, except for Death Proof, but after watching it a few times over the years, it has grown on me a bit. It has little of the uniqueness of his other movies, but it has a good story and a great cast.
Trashy, but fun. love it :p
Not bad!
wow it got really bad ratings on here someone say why?
Boring. Very cool to see some kids succeeding at chess, but didn't really dig into the issues or how the school was solving them.
Not a bad movie by any means, but might be a bit confusing for someone who hasn't seen the original or read the book.
Gave up after 20 minutes.
We already know that the market for romantic comedies in Hollywood is somewhat saturated, but when it comes to independent romantic comedies there is something that still manages to captivate me about them. Perhaps the fact that they are smaller productions make them more honest and that "indie feeling" in the air seems to make them more realistic. What If is one of those cases.
Wallace just come out of a relationship completely heartbroken. It is not on his intention to fall in love quickly, but at a party he knows the cousin of his best friend, a girl called Chantry and they immediately create a bound between them. The chemistry between the two was absolutely spontaneous but at the end of the night Chantry says that she has a boyfriend.
Although the formula has been used countless times, and the more predictable that the story may be, the plot is well structured, the characters are quite nice and the humor is very intelligent with a lot of charm to the mix. The use of visual animation on the film is very interesting considering that Chantry works in animation, we see all different figures that illustrate the situations in which the characters are in that specific time of the film. The use of indie rock soundtrack goes really well and fits perfectly the atmosphere.
Daniel Radcliffe is increasingly moving away from the role of the famous wizard, Harry Potter. When the saga ended I had my doubts, such a remarkable role in the career of an actor can be something worrying, but what is certain is that Radcliffe has proven to be a good actor and can do other styles. Here in the lead role, he is able to make us believe every attitude and feeling of his character. For his first romcom he did very well. Zoe Kazan is absolutely lovely, a very cute and awkward performance that touches the heart. The chemistry existing between the two actors is remarkable. The supporting cast, Adam Driver, just to name one, were also pretty great.
Despite all the predictability that the story may have, when What If comes to the end it will leave you with a huge smile on your face. Delightful.
Lovely movie
I appreciate how close they kept to the play, but that effort was wasted in actors who couldn't seem to embrace their characters. It's really sad hearing such timeless lines said so robotically. In some instances, it even felt like the actor didn't understand the meaning of the words.
But while some failed, others did surprisingly well. It was interesting to see young people such as Hailee Steinfield and Kodi Smit-McPhee excelling at their roles. The lines came so naturally out of their mouths it felt like they've been talking like that for all their lives!
Ist OK
What a huge letdown compared to Divergent... This totally feels like a Mockingjay Part 1 ripoff. Story is not really developing. There's not enough action but mostly some cliché drama between the two main characters. Not to say that they stole a lot of elements from The Matrix and Inception for the cinematography (which is still the strongest part of the movie). Last but not least: Most disappointing ending ever.
The most frustrating, boring and tiresome movie ever. Completely unrelated to the book as well, and not just a few chances here and there, but really, truly, completely unrelated. It felt like an endless nightmare and I couldn't stop checking the time. I'm not sure what happened here, the first movie was so good!
Everyone is missing the most important part of the movie.. That haircut.. W-H-Y?!
Probably never seen that many proposals, marriages and pregnancies in one film, but I loved it!
It's a fair movie. If you stop and think about many situations we face during life, you'll find one that matches with your own history.
Really loved this movie! I wasn't expecting much because the other reviews on here weren't all positive, but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm only a little bit ashamed to say that I started crying a few minutes in... And then continued crying throughout the whole thing. I shipped them so hard, you wouldn't believe the noises that came out of my mouth.
Anyway, recommended if you like romantic comedies.
This movie is awesome as always.
Another action packed film from our favourites, with an incredibly touching tribute to the late Paul Walker. The story line is always the same; sick cars, high speed chases, hot girls, $$$$$... gotta love it.
I wonder whats going to happen to this movie now Paul Walker died...
