This show was an absolute 10 until the last two episode. There were a few things that I questioned throughout the show such as why no one seriously looked into hee woo’s connections. He was legit doing all his meetings out in the open. Would go to peoples companies in broad daylight for little take down powerful men meetings but I was hopeful that the end would iron those few things out.
Not only did the small flaws not get ironed out by the end, they were made bigger and more ridiculous. hee woo declares war and all you do is banish his friends and drop his right hand off an apparently short ledge. At least threaten his parents.
They also did their best to dumb down every smart character. i’m sure hee woo saw the danger coming so the fact that he rushed ahead and declared war is ridiculous
There was some decent stuff that happened in the ending, but most of it was trash with a cartoonish set up for a season 2.
It’s sad because this was a truly fantastic lead up that was ruined in two episodes. I would still recommend people watch it. But prepare to be annoyed by the ending. Game of Thrones level annoyed.
They should do a spin off.
This show was so good. The OST was flawless.
Definitely better than I remember.
Jinx really is quite perfect!
Definitely a 2015 k-drama. Okay to pass the time.
What do you mean you don't sharpen these unless you're going to use them. How does that make sense to anyone besides people who collect swords maybe. Boring lines from iron fist team yet again.
Overall, Very Entertaining
I totally thought season 2 would lag without Kilgrave, and with the exception of having a truly outstanding villain, it didn't lag at all.
Trish was really the most interesting. Trish grates on my nerves a lot, but the writers took her character right where she needed to be, and she did a fantastic job portraying that. She was annoying a lot, but the payoff was great.
It was pretty apparent from season 1 episode 1 that Trish was jealous of Jess having powers. And her journey to getting her own was truly entertaining.
Trish is on a high horse that is probably going to ruin her life, but I am super ready to see her be the hero she has always wanted to be.
Also, the line about her declining that marriage proposal was so on point and really shed some light onto her character.
Poor Malcolm though, that romance was forced for sure, but she didn't have to do him like that.
Jessica needs a long break.
