Okey, I think I've never been this confused in my whole life. Oh Lynch...
I really loved the atmosphere, the subtexts and themes 3/4 of the movie, but didn't love the way the last act was handled. Like so very often in these kind of movies, the tense atmosphere died in my opinion after the big reveals. I wish for once someone would make a movie with more subtle, tense plotline that carries all the way to the end. But that's just my personal opinion. In the end I enjoyed the movie a lot and definitely recommend everybody to see it.
Chloe Bennet has evolved as an actress so much! Her performance in the Quinjet scene was pretty damn good!
It had cool camera shots, nice soundtrack, but to me the plot was just utterly stupid. Like example the ending: go to the pool and try to electrocute "It". And for example this "It" is chasing you and you decide to sleep the night at the forest on the hood of your car etc.. I know it's a horror movie, but way too much stupid choices made by the writers in my opinion.
Ah, I was a bit skeptical towards this movie, but after seeing it I'm happy! It was emotionally satisfying experience with great visuals and rich quality audio. No, it's not perfect but it was a really good movie. In the middle there was some moments that could've been paced a little better, but especially towards the end things started to heat up. Really liked the new characters and they were really well written/acted. Solid 9/10.
A bit of a disappointment with some odd pacing. For example the fight with Smaug really should've been in the second film. In this one it felt just rushed. Battle of five armies had it's moments, for example the ending was wistful, but most of the time I wasn't that impressed.
This was the first one I saw in HFR and really can't recommend it. With this much CGI and HFR-picture, I felt like I was watching some video game from time to time. It ate some of the immersion.
Such a disappointment after the great first movie.
Goes up to be one of the best Marvel movies ever! Hilarious, but there's also some drama from time to time!
